Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tillsonburg

Many issues over the past few months, many items credited back to resolve complaint issues but this last order was the WORST! Confirmation email at 5:36 pm, delivery finally at 7:21. Doordash driver was at the store, messaging me because it was taking SO long, asked me to call the store to see when order would be ready, so I did and it still took over 20 mins to get to my house. I live approx 2 min drive from store!!! Order was barely warm enough to eat when it got here and the driver came straight here from the store. He had messaged me that the order was finally ready yet for some unknown reason the staff was not giving it to him. Utterly ridiculous, our order was $150+ and a manager from the store has not returned my call in more than 24 hrs. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE all around and pretty obvious they DO NOT WANT REPEAT business. We usually order at least 2 - 4 times a month but not likely going to be ordering again any time soon. I recently visited Little Caesars and had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was awful—especially the woman at the front counter who took our order. She was incredibly rude and had a sassy attitude toward not just us, but every customer in line. It honestly made the whole place feel unwelcoming.

To make things worse, there were menu advertisements posted for items that apparently don’t even exist anymore. When we tried to order one of them, we were just told flatly that it’s not available. If something’s no longer on the menu, why is it still being advertised?

As for the food, the Crazy Bread was way too salty—so much so that it was hard to enjoy. The pizza itself was alright, nothing special, but not bad either.

Very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be back to the Tillsonburg location until there is better staff who can cook properly . I literally watched the staff huff n puff as me and my son pulled up to go in an order pizza, then the girl who took our order kept huffing and puffing when I’d order something I literally ordered 3 things, then just making completely rude noises as well, then practically threw the debit machine at us to pay! We waited for our food to be finished & the pizza was sloppy , the Italian cheese bread wasn’t cut nor cooked & the cinnamon bread stuff we got also was not cooked… I feel like if people r this miserable with working with the public to the point they will not make the food properly they should not work in that type of environment !
