Pita Pit — Restaurant in Timmins

First off, we walk in and there’s nobody there to receive us. So my partner and I went to the toilets figuring by the time we’re out there will be someone. Still no one. 5 minutes of waiting later, 2 young men come out from the back. The young man with the hat apologized and took our order kindly. But the one making our pitas was rude & careless. I ordered the spicy Greek pita, as I get to the ingredients he just looks at me and says “what do you want” so I mention I ordered the spicy Greek which already has all the ingredients to it. He replies with “yeah” and still just waits for me. So I had to ask “well what’s in the spicy Greek pita that I ordered?” For him to finally proceed putting the ingredients on. I asked if he put spicy sauce, he says yes. There was no spicy sauce, barely any chicken at all and barely any tzaziki. Totally disgusted on an old woman 60 years old. I came in to order 2 wraps. Could not use the bathroom and I have just driven 3 and a 1/2 hours from Sudbury to come here and I could not hold my pee. I had to pee my pants. They wouldn't let me even use the washroom. Disgusting place and the woman is very mean.and I even spent 30 dollars to buy sandwiches I'm calling heath dept as with dine in there to have a working washroom .I was treated like they do the homeless sad they can never use the washrooms anywhere. I've been to many pita pits around Canada, and this one was definitely the worst one I've experienced. I ordered off of skip (which btw took forever for them to prepare the order), and for some reason there wasn't the option to add avocado, or to add in grilled veggies (which at ever other pita pit they ask you if you want peppers, onion, and mushrooms on the grill). I requested for my peppers and onions to be grilled in the comments, this request was ignored. I got the falafel which came in dry crumbs. Usually when I get the falafel elsewhere it isn't dry and is in bigger chunks. Not to mention, a few toppings I asked for weren't added, and it was the tiniest pita I've ever gotten.
