As somebody who enjoys a frozen treat as much as the next person, I found my last few trips to be upsetting. Ordering their New advertised Ring-Fry basket with chicken strips they told me not only is their sign doesn't say that, and that is isnt something they offer and id have to pay more. When i politely asked them at the window to change their signage to not mislead other customers they shut the window on my and wouldn't open it again. They did not offer to honor the price and they weren't willing to help me find something else. (we were the only customers in the driveway and there were no customers in the store that we could see). Id be ashamed to treat anybody like that in my store. Let alone a small local home town meet up joint....

If I have one complaint, that kept me from a full 5 stars, it's that sometimes (truly not every time) it can be a little slow. To be clear I believe this is to no fault of the staff. I've worked a lot of restaurant and retail in the past 20 yrs and it's all structured the same these days; staff come last - minimum hours equals maximum profit. It can be hard for a good staff to keep up, at the best of times. Understaffed, your chances are cut in half again.
