Subway — Restaurant in Tisdale

Customer service and food quality have taken a turn for the worse. This used to be a placed I enjoyed.

The vegetables in the cooler table looked absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was discoloured and the tomato’s looked slimy. When I asked for cucumber I received 1 cucumbers, when I asked for more it seemed to be an inconvenience.

The soup was advertised as beef barely, when I got home it was potato bacon. The soup was so thick it was more like a paste than a soup. The soup was not edible, had one bite and it was horrible. When I asked for crackers I was told “we don’t provide those anymore”

When I got to the till to pay I had to ask for a bag to take my meals home in. Then packed it myself, so I held up the line while I did so. They used to have it bagged and ready for you by the time you got to the till. Received no napkins, when I asked for some they said they were behind me. When I went to get some there was none available and then I didn’t want to intrupyt the customers being helped at the time.

Sad to get home and realize this poor quality of my meal as it isn’t worth going back and wasting more time and money. The quality and service have drastically decreased and I won’t...

Tisdale Subway Rocks. Wife phoned in an order for pickup because she was having trouble with the app. We live 20 miles out of town but I was headed in for groceries anyway. Picked up order, they were so friendly. Drove home, opened up our subs to find they had made major mistakes (no meat on one, completely wrong sub on the second and the third one bang on so 1/3). Called to inform of their mistake, agreed to call manager and call back with solution. Immediately headed back to location. They called my wife back and were extremely apologetic according to her text. Told me to come back and they would make it right. When I got there they recognized me immediately. I dont like to complaint and put bad review but its the third time.. i got a subway on flat bread on other day ,it was really bad, i asked for easy sauce but it was full of sauce and not toasted..(was pick up order) I thought it happen sometimes..I didnt complain.. Then I made a phone call on monday 27 october at 09:32pm ,I knew it was almost closing time but I had an emergency and I was out of hospital at that time… A male worker receive the call and said he can make it but toaster is not working ,he can make without toasting it…I mean come on…I just cancel the order… Then I placed an order today ,I just got it…it was 6 inch veg patty on flat bread,I asked for salt and pepper ,she put salt on one spot like crazy…i had to throw this… Please look into it….this is not good…I didnt want to...
