A&W Canada — Restaurant in Tisdale

My experience at this A&W was exceptionally great. If I could give more than five stars for customer service and food quality, I would. The chef took care to make the well-put-together burger. The service was fast. Staff were all friendly. I stayed at the Canalta Hotel, about a 5 min walking distance from this location and ate there about 4-5 times throughout my stay. A&W makes a tasty burg but I will pass on this place. Had an employee take my money at the till and go in the back and start making my burger. I could see her the whole time while I stood there and she never washed her hands. I ask her if she washed her hands and she picks up this dirty looking towel and shows it to me. I assume that means she wiped her hands off on that wipe rag. Absolutely disgusting. They should be using gloves to prep food. Not going back...

I eat there quite a bit and the food typically tastes fine.

I simply had to review to state how often I have to take back a burger for having buns that are stale and hard as a rock.

I am making no exaggeration when I say I have to ask for a new sandwich one third of the time, and it is ALWAYS the same problem.
