I asked for them to go easy on the spice. My girl didn’t want the tomato flavour where there could be less spice. So we chose the original flavour but go easy on the spice. It was hotter than a Buldak triple hot instant noodle! Molten lava.

I asked to send it back and get another one so we can order the tomato. The waiter had to call the owner to ask what he could do about it. This is a Friday night at 8:30pm. Why isn’t the owner at the restaurant? Just reeks of poor management. I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself for many years. I know you need to be there to run a successful business. I give this place a few more weeks to month before it shuts down. Yonge street rent is expensive.

So he says he can only give us 50% off of the two dishes which makes sense as it’s getting the molten lava dish for free.

The nice waiter said that instead of it going to waste, he will pack it up and give it to my girlfriend. She can take more spice than I can but even she couldn’t eat it without white rice.

I get the tomato base dish and it is so sour, overly sweet and the shrimps I chose to go in it were mealy. I know frozen shrimp. My restaurant serves frozen shrimp and it never tastes mealy.

So my girlfriend takes the take out container and starts eating the extra spicy dish because she doesn’t want it to go to waste. After a while the waiter comes over and asks VERY politely that she was able to eat it and if it would be ok if we paid for it. He was so sweet and kind and I immediately picked up on it. It’s because it comes out of his wages! He admitted it was exactly that. Well that’s not my business on how the owners run the restaurant but I immediately said I’d pay the full meal and even tipped him 20% after that.

The very fact that it comes out of the worker’s wages, that they take only cash and debt and that the food tastes terrible. I cannot give them a good review. All I can say is that waiter had great service. Very kind.

Basically pick ur raw ingredient, broth and spicy level and they will cook in front of you (open kitchen concept) Been there twice, good flavour broth. Very limited seating. They don't take visa but allow e-transfer. Very fresh and wide range of ingredient, hope they keep up with the quality

Edited again on April 21. Not the same anymore. Price went up. Used to pay $15/16 for a meal, for the similar amount is charging $25 now. Ingredient not as good quality anymore. Used to have a piece of sashimi, dont have that tmr. Flavour also not the same, just spicy with hot flavor. Sad quality went down so quickly, Not going...

Absolutely delicious! Finally, the long wait is over, and they’re open! I’ve been craving this for so long, just to get that perfect bite!! Went there today, and they even gave us free ice jelly! It was so good that I completely forgot to take pictures, haha! Wishing your business great success and endless customers! The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted fresh and authentic.
