I've been a tiger lover all my life. So when it came time to purchase what I believe will be the last home I ever buy, I wanted to customize it with something special. I decided to put a mosaic in my entryway. After a bit of online research and reaching out to several companies, Mosaics Lab came out at the top of the list. The communication from the beginning was immediate and thorough. Karen made me feel as though we've been working together for years. She brought in Chad, Director of Customer Experience, when she learned of my unique project. Both of them made me feel like family. Chad kept me updated throughout the build, even sending me periodic pictures. Talk about custom! After I received the artwork Chad continued communicating with me, assuring me that any questions I had about installation, borders, backgrounds, etc. he was right there with me willing to help in any way possible. I sent him pictures of my project during the process, reciprocating the kindness. Even after all work is complete, Chad continues to assure me that any questions I have, whether maintenance, cleaning, etc. he will still be ready to assist. What more can anyone ask for. Hello So this is our second time around with Mosaic labs. It was almost like being on auto pilot. Chad had fast access to our previous file. The pre-existing relationship made doing business the second time around a breeze. He knew our style he knew what we wanted he knew what we liked. Working with artwork like this, you would expect things to be a difficult process and complicated but Chad makes things so easy. The professionalism of mosaic labs is a definite five star. The result in their artwork is a definite five star. And the personalized treatment and attention to detail that Chad offers can’t even be graded! The last piece of artwork we had designed by Mosaic labs got stopped in customs in Malta because they believed it to be an original piece of artwork. They were afraid we were smuggling an original art piece that’s the quality of work we received from them this quality of art you would believe was from artisans 3000 years ago. Mosaic Lab was an amazing find online: I could not be more pleased with how my kitchen was transformed with a custom tile backsplash, embedded in quartzite. As I looked into remodeling our kitchen in an older home we purchased, I wanted something that would allow the preservation of some of the custom kitchen features but update the look and improve function using modern materials. I was at an impasse trying to tie everything together when I stumbled upon Mosaic Lab online. The company representative I worked with, Chad, walked me through the entire process of designing my own custom tile , transforming my simple drawing into a work of art which brought all the elements of my kitchen together.
