Ali Baba's Middle Eastern Cuisine — Restaurant in Toronto

At first glance you get a Cultural feel right away. You get lots of sale options. The special deals are on a digital menu screen as well as a visual representation of quantity sizes in plane sight with pricing visible. The aroma was not heavy or overpowering. The staff I encountered were very welcoming. There's seating for dine-in. Do keep in mind it's not elegant or fancy settings. It's walking distance from the Weston GO Train station. If you did need to park try the back street that’s behind the building or use to Go parking lot. The Chicken was alright but not the greatest in my opinion. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT unless you want to be treated like a petty thief. The man who was at the counter today (not sure if he was the owner or an employee) accused me of stealing drinks from the store because I happened to have other cans of pop in my reusable bag. When I showed him the receipt to prove I had purchased the drinks elsewhere, he still did not apologize. I confronted him about the extremely rude lack of customer service of accusing paying customers of stealing and failing to offer any apology, and he raised his voice and continued to insist I was in the wrong. I walked out while he was still yelling nonsense at me. TERRIBLE and RUDE customer service!...

I went to Ali Baba's for dinner and I ordered a Chicken Platter. The amount of food they gave especially the chicken was incredible. Everything tasted good and I was pleased when they reheated the potatoes on the grill for me. The store environment was clean and nice, (a typical shawarma restaurant) but the would made this particular spot great was the tissue boxes on each of the tables. This was great, especially compared to any other restaurants that will offer 2 small napkins that are almost transparent. Customer service was great, very friendly. I would go back...
