I have been to this location just a few times before today within the list month or two. Today I visited to purchase a mango smoothie. I was the last person in the store out of the previous 3 people before me (store customer limit is 4). I ordered my one smoothie before the previous 3 customers had left and before the next 3 customers came in. I understand ice cream cones can be finished faster, but why did the employees only start making my smoothie after the third item of the customers that came in after me (third item was a milkshake). They got four items in total before I got my one and I had ordered right when I entered the store. I understand there was a new hire working on my smoothie, but the smoothie never take that long, while the people after me had 3 employees working for their order. Yes I asked for a small discount (don't care how much of a discount it would've been) for my extra wait time since I was still waiting after they had left as well. They couldn't even give me a little something after I had asked. So I just ended up paying for my smoothie and left since I was already there and I really wanted a tasty drink. This was around 7:30pm today. I never left a review as long as this one, but there is a first time for everything I guess. I will not be coming back to this location.

After the back and forth with her barely looking at the menu screen, she finally noticed the item on the menu display, then proceeded to ask her coworker what it is. She wasn't even holding the right sized cup. I realized I'm not gonna get the layered sundae I wanted, because if she has no idea what it is, how would she put one together? So, I said 'Nevermind, no thank you" and left. I've never had an experience at a BR (or any other food establishments), where an employee lacks product knowledge to a point they're trying to convince me I'm trying to order a different menu... until today. No customer service skills present either; there were 3 employees with one popcorn order being served and a line of customers forming. Read moreI went there recently. Sampled a few I thought looked good, but none hit the spot. After 2 samples I was told there was a 3 sample limit and i was torn between Icing on the Cake and Maui Brownie Madness. I sampled the Icing. Terrible. I got the Maui Brownie Madness. Before my tongue could even register what it was eating it recoiled and shriveled up. I wanted to end my life it tasted so bad. All the ingredients felt like the evil version of the original ones. I bring my awful decision into the car where it instantly fell face down on my $900 new upholstery. I tossed my phone aside and in a rage i began cursing left and right. Little did i notice my boss was on the line- i had accidentally answered her call. She fired me on the spot. Jobless and car interior destroyed i went on a drive.
