Hero Certified Burgers — Restaurant in Toronto

They are not careful with gluten free orders. I got sick from their food. I went there yesterday for lunch and asked for "blue moon" with "gluten free bun". I specially told the guy who got my order to be careful with my food handling, since I have allergy . When I went back they told me to wait 1 more minute for the food and I noticed the one person is preparing my food and the other person is doing some other ones. "GREAT" but NOT, since the person that supposed to handle my food was also helping on the other side when his coworker went to get another order. When I got my order I found the taste is not the same as always and found that there is almost no blue cheese on the burger. Went back inside and showed it to another coworker if she can find any trace of blue cheese in my sandwich wich she didn't. they offered me to get my half sandwich to fix it which I didn't accept since it felt gross for other people. So, decided to give me some on the side, and they realized there is no blue cheese and they need to open a new bag. May be that was the reason. but when I was waiting for my blue cheese the guy who was doing my food was still with one hand glove as before and was preparing the other foods and the same location that was supposed to be for gluten free. he was handling bread and used the same glove to extract cheese from the bag. I therefore did not eat the cheese to be safe. but I got sick after the food anyways. It was a few years that I got the same burger and never got sick but they seem just losing the grip on their care and procedures. How can a cook neglect the blue cheese for the blue moon sandwich? It is the main distinguishing feature? I would not dare to go there any more nor any other Hero after this. as I needed their gluten free be really gluten free and not...

I have been to this location a few times and the experience keeps getting worse each time. I am not sure who manages this place but they really should conside working on this location. The tables at the restaurant are worn out and always dirty, the floor is always dirty and sticky, the seats are dirty… the bathroom door has all kinds of stains on it.. I don’t even want to know what the inside would look like if the outside looks like that. The employees look disgruntled and annoyed and I have seen them on their phone while making our order… no hair nets or beard covers.. if a health inspector walked in, they would shut this place down ASAP. NOW the food.. the food used to be better but this time we ordered the Spicy Jalapeno Crispy Chicken Burger and it ended up being one of the worst tasting burgers I have had in a while. Usually there is a spicy sauce on the burger but they didnt’t put it. The chicken was pink and tasted raw. The chicken had a weird fishy taste to it most likely because they are using old oil or the same oil to fry the fish. We had to pull apart the burger and leave out the raw portion of the chicken. Horribly disappointing and disgusting experience… probably will never go here again.. there are many other Hero Burger locations with good service but this one IS NOT IT. Through UberEATS, numerous orders have been placed to the Hero Certified 🍔 Burgers located in the exclusive neighborhoud strip plaza located on the southwest corner of Bayview Avenue and York Mills Road due to ambulatory issues which do require a walker. Thus far hot food was mediocre & pricey.

The burgers are exceptionally greasy; the Ultimate 🍟 Fries are plentifully and horridly greasy. The diet Coca-Cola in a bottle was fine. It was neglected to require a straw. All instructions were followed except that Ultimate 🍟 Fries were still salty even though it was specifically requested that they not be salted.

Truly enjoyed its generous allotment of Dijon mustard and all other condiments, plastic cutlery and six restaurant-size napkins with Hero 🦸‍♂️ Certified burgers Burgers' inscription and on the wonderfully unique, assumed due to COVID-19, its imprinted URL | online website.

Of course, what can reasonably, however, soggily be reheated in the microwave oven is ⚡️ zapped.
