BIG BROTHERS GOURMET PIZZA — Restaurant in Toronto

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff. My friend was wrongly accused of being someone who had previously written a bad review about the store. Despite clarifying multiple times that he was not the person in question, the staff continued to harass him, accusing him of lying and even claiming he had changed his name.

This behavior was not only unfounded but outright disrespectful and hostile. It’s unacceptable to treat any customer in this manner, especially without any evidence to back up such accusations. My friend walked into the store as a customer and was met with unwarranted suspicion and harassment instead of respect and professionalism.

I strongly advise against supporting a business that treats customers this way. Accountability and basic respect should be standard in any interaction, and this store failed miserably on both counts.

(PLUS) The food (Poutine) was very stale tasting with almost no flavour, very overpriced for the taste (approx. $8) The interior of the store was also very depressing, tables were sticky. DO NOT COME HERE, they have no respect for customers, and cannot...

Today when you call to order a pizza and you have to listen to stupid specials, or be dropped in a que line where When you finally reach someone and they ask you all the same stuff they did last time? after ten minutes of “yes that’s my address “ etc etc they still want to tell you about the specials. The same specials you heard while waiting on hold for 5 minutes. Most of the time the order arrives cold late and incorrect. Those days are done with Enricos! “hi ! I want a pizza! Address ! Pow! Order ! Pow! Bye !” Your pizza arrives within a half hour. If you still enjoy calling mainstream pizza places, getting specials, and eating undercooked trash then call someone else. I would give this a 0 if I could. We ordered pizza online and were told it would be delivered within 45 mins.65 mins later we received a call saying our pizza was getting cold and we should pick it up. I explained that we ordered delivery, however they kept repeating that we talked on the phone earlier and said it was to pick up. I explained it was an online order, and despite being hung up on 2 times we were passed to someone else who finally agreed to delivery the pizzas.
