Great place with great food, no complaints there, but needs better organization in certain departments like pickup orders. When I go to pickup my mobile order there, it's usually filled by one worker who also takes orders from walk-in customers, and is too busy making and preparing their orders to quickly serve the already-ready-to-pickup orders. Nobody from the kitchen seems to be responsible for giving out pickup orders either. So even if my order is ready when I come to pick it up, I (and other pickup customers) have to wait maybe up to 10 mins for the front worker to take care of the pickup orders. Now, another thing, pickup orders don't have the drinks already served and packed, they prepare them once you tell them your pickup order. I'm talking about the drinks that need their dedicated machines (smoothies, coffee/cold brews etc), not the fountain drinks. So, in summary, the same one front worker has to 1) take walk-in customer orders, 2) serve pickup orders when he has spare time, and 3) take more time to prepare the drink for the pickup order once we tell him what the order is. That's really too much waiting for a fast-food branch. It really takes one or two extra front workers to get the work going better for everyone involved, employee and customer. Again the food is great. They just need to improve their...
Read moreOverall, I come to Burger King due to nostalgia reasons. This location has its ups and downs. Starting with cleanliness.
Not great. See employees going from clean up/trash duties without washing hands. Or washing hands with no soap used. Either or is just as bad.
Food accuracy at ordering is sketchy. Guy at the front had the "I can't wait to be done with you" attitude and was bearly listening to my order. To the point when I received my order, there were wrong things in my bag. They apologized and fixed it. But had the order been taken right in the first place it wouldn't have happened.
Leading on the the food. Not much tasted fresh. Burger and nuggets tasted as if they had been held in the heat trays for a very long time. Asked my wife how her food was. She told me it was 'meh' and asked me why her lemonade was hot. Even though I added ice to it. Why is the fountain pop coming out hot/Luke warm?
As I write this, I am suffering from mild food poisoning.
So I realize fully that it is a fast food chain. But this location is relatively new. Why has the overall quality dipped so much so quickly?
Please do better. I look forward to revising this review in the future with more positive...
