Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

I’ve been here with friends back 4 years ago before covid. I can’t really remember but I have a little but memory of them feeding me cheese pizza. After 4 years later I have came back but with my little sister. This time I ordered their $9.99 medium walk in pizza with 1 free topping. I ordered that pizza with plant based pepperoni. I’ve actually tried the plant based pepperoni from another Pizza Nova location and let me just tell you the plant based is so so sooo good! I also ordered their wedges on the side and their 10pc bbq wings! My total came up to with taxes $37 and couple cents! After placing my ordering the staff let me know it would take 15mins. 15 mins is an appropriate time to wait and I had no issues with that. After 15 mins when I came back everything was ready. Me and my little sister sat down to dine in. Me has for Parmesan seasoning, onion seasoning, chilli pepper seasoning and the oregano seasoning! All was absolutely delicious. We all applied Parmesan seasoning on the potato wedges and the bbq wings and it was soooo good. We sat down for 2 hours and finished all the food. The food was over all amazing! Speed of service was 10/10! Cleanliness was 10/10! Food taste was 10/10! And customer service was 10/10! I honestly had zero issues! I will definitely be coming back here again since this place is near me and is great! I would highly recommend this place to others as well! Food is always made hot and fresh! The worst pizza I have tasted all my life. Despite waiting for so long, the pizza ddnt taste like pizza at all. I added extra cheese and bacon but to be honest I doubt if any extras were added at all despite being charged for it. The Chefs were looking so bored and tired at the back and whenever I would check for my order , they would look at me with a really kindof pissed off face regardless of the fact that the place ddnt look busy at all. We were just 2 people inside waiting for our orders. What disappointed me the most was how the pizza separated the toppings from the bread. The bread was super dry and thin, the toppings were not even covering the whole bread. It was so dry. Please Pizza Nova do better and employ people who are happy to be working for you. The Cashier was good but the Chefs were looking so annoyed and disinterested with whatever they were doing at the back. I will never ever step my foot at that Finch and Weston branch ever again. Infact , thank you Pizza Nova, I had no clue pizza can taste so bad , thanks to you. Really not...

If I could give a "no rating" then I would. I go to school downtown and have always had no bad experiences when eating at Pizza Nova. I was really happy when I saw that a location was opening up near my house. The first time I ordered a party pizza, it was great...the second time was meh.
