Churrasqueira Sao Miguel — Restaurant in Toronto

🙏I'm a TTC bus driver showing my appreciation for this business. With the current pendemic we all face. A lot of businesses are closed or not alowed to have patrons in their establishment. Today I was at the end of my route and I needed to use the washroom. There was no TTC facilities nearby and I had no choice but to ask businesses if I can use their facility. I went to the gas station I was told it's out of service:(. I went to the convenience store I was told there is no washroom :( . I continue to the next business Churrasqueira Sai Miguel, where without hesitation I was directed to the washroom :) After using the washroom. I was very appreciative of their kindness I tried to offer a small token of my appreciation. And they said no there is no need they are just doing their part. I couldn't be more thankful. I got the potatoes, mixed meat platter and empanadas. The empanadas were not bad, not a lot of flavour but were good with the piri piri sauce (which was also a pretty subtle flavour). Potatoes were probably our favourite part. The mixed meat was pretty disappointing. We were expecting a sampling of the different flavours on their menu, but instead we got a bowl of different meats all smothered in an bbq style sauce. It was also supposed to come with coleslaw which we did not receive. Maybe if we had tried a whole chicken or any of the different meats on their own we would have had a different experience. Ordered from Uber eats and got the student special that states that is comes with rice, chicken, potato and a drink. It gets here and there is no drink, i call the restaurant and say I got no drink and they try to say their menu does not show a drink.I even made a note to the restaurant asking for a gingerale which the lady tries to say they did not receive even though it was on my receipt. When I call uber eats to confirm they say it does show on their menu that i comes with a drink. The lady that works at the restaurant was rude and did not help to come up with any solution for me.
