I have to say I was expecting something different. I recently started using the Too Good To Go app, and Mr. Kane always appears on my list, but a feeling always told me not to buy there. But today I decided to buy something. When I walked into the store and said I was there to pick up TGTG, the first thing people in the store did was make long faces and look at each other, as if they were doubting me. Then the girl asked me if I wanted ice, and I said no, and then she started preparing the juices. I turned around and saw that there was pineapple, tangerine, and other fruits on display, and I imagined they were going to make something delicious. The product description says that it comes with drinks and fruit, but I only received two drinks, which were two sugarcane juices. I felt like they gave them to me simply because they had to give me something, not because I wanted to. It was more out of obligation because, obviously, the app had already charged me. They're just sugarcane juice with nothing else. Out of all the fruits and varieties they have in the store, they gave me two simple sugarcane juices. My problem is that you offer products that you ultimately don't give to your customers. I don't know if they're always like this or if they just treated me this way, but my experience was terrible. I should have listened to that feeling of not wanting to buy there. Now, with this experience, I realize I should never have bought there, and I'll never buy...

I am absolutely loving the juices from Mr Kane. I've tried several of their flavors and each one is more delicious than the last. The quality is top notch and you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients.

I've been particularly impressed with their sugarcane with lime and ginger it's like a taste explosion in your mouth! The perfect balance of sweetness.

What really sets sugarcane and coconut water apart, though, is their commitment to using only the best ingredients and sustainable practices. You can feel good about what you're putting in your body.

Customer service has also been exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Overall, I'm hooked! Mr Kane has become my go to for all my juice needs. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Mr. Kane! I ordered their soursop and sugar cane mix along with a fruit blend of soursop, banana, mango, and strawberries—both were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and refreshing. I also picked up a green coconut, which the staff kindly cut open afterward so I could enjoy the delicious jelly inside.

The service was top-notch! A special shout-out to Aisha, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
