Despite my past experiences, I decided to give Stockup a second chance. I was desperate for a Christmas gift that was important, and I was unable to find it elsewhere. I had a much better experience this time. My delivery was well packaged, nothing was damaged or expired. Delivery was prompt, despite it being a busy time of year, and being a global pandemic. I will not hesitate to order from StockUp again, assuming this is the type of service that they intend to continue with. Thank you, StockUp Market for providing me with stocking stuffers and gifts for my friends and family during such unfortunate times. I ordered quite a few random items, things my boyfriend and I had never tried before. A lot of them came undamaged, one package (of chips) came open in the box, had made a mess of everything. Several packages of individually packaged drink mixes came crushed, but salvageable. A package of small snack sized cakes came crushed as well, and the icing on the top of the cake was the moldy snack that we received. I contacted them to express my concerns, and they were quick to get back to me to say that it was not right for my order to have come in that state, and requesting a list of the damaged products. That was the last I heard from them, even with trying to reach out several times to follow up.

Mistakes happen, I understand, but now I'm just being ignored and it's disrespectful and...

I am a first-time customer of StockUpMarket, and to be honest I was a little worried since I had gotten used to the bigger companies being relatively quicker to send out an order confirmation, and then sending a subsequent confirmation of the order being shipped. However, when I contacted the company to follow up after waiting for the expected emails, they were quick to give an acceptable reason for the delay, and more than made up for it with their excellent customer service and communication, and then coming through with great products with free delivery and even an additional first purchase discount! So yes, I'm a happy customer and would recommend StockUpMarket to anyone thinking about doing...

UPDATE: after this post the company got back to me and refunded the short date and expired items which was above and beyond. I was hoping for a refund for the expired item but for the short dates I just wanted to bring it to their attention and suggest adding that to their website as other sites do.

Received several short dated items that were going to be gifts, but will no longer be. Other similar sites indicate when items are short dated, great feature so as not to purchase ahead of time. Also received an item with an expiration date of 2019! Contacted the company to let them know and they told me that was not possible. I can read a date, I have pictures. Was basically left...
