Pueblo México — Restaurant in Vaughan

Having been to over a 1000 restaurants here in Ontario, I can confidently say that is place is not what I expected it to be. After getting our food, not once did the waiter ask us if everything is good, if we needed anything, or even wanted to order more food. When I came up to pay (I have to pay at the counter at an expensive restaurant which I also am forced to tip), the guys were too busy packing other orders to even acknowledge my existence there. It would be nice if you would at least ask, how was your experience? How was your meal? But they don’t bother.

Not to forget how pricey this place is. Debit & cash only. Forced tip on 5 more people..?. And small portions. Charging for lime when I ordered more than 25 Tacos and you only bring me 6?

Service is very important in this industry. Even if you have the best food, if your service is crap, so is your food. Thank you and I hope my comments are taken seriously. Best...

This is my favourite Mexican restaurant, the food tastes exactly like in Mexico. This is the only restaurant that has the same flavour from Mexico. I usually order almost every weekend through Uber Eats and the tacos arrive hot. The food is so delicious, I am addicted. They are the only ones that have Chicharron quesadillas, which are my favourite and are so big. You should try them, it is very tasty soft pork. I had ordered carnitas tacos which is pork meat, so delicious. I had also try pastor tacos, it is marinated pork, so delicious. I tried the pambazo, a loaf bread with potato and chorizo inside, so delicious. I was craving flautas and they were so good, they are fried tacos with lettuce, cheese, avocado, cream and hot sauce, They were so good. They have traditional water horchata and jaica, so fresh. The prices are the best from all Mexican...

My enchiladas were just ok. The price point seems high for what is not a very complicated dish. I found the serving to be not filling. We both had the pork enchiladas. They were flavourful but nothing if note. The enchilada sauce had good flavour but was runny which gave the tortillas a mushy texture after swimming in it. On top of that; it was cold. So was my date's.

Not to harp on the serving size as I know full well that food and operating costs are exorbitant. However; if your having staff meals right next to us and your plates are determinatly larger than your customers than there's something wrong there. It was closer to the end of the night, so maybe they were rationing our plates to have more for themselves?
