First time to dine-in, came from Ottawa for a quick lunch, we came with empty stomach obviously, friends says they have the best Batchoy which husband liked it. I ordered bangsilog, disappointment start, they run out of bangus so alternate choice daing bisugo (fried dried fish). And the lumpia sariwa :* batchoy is okay the daing is so dried and rubbery, the fried rice that comes with it tasted burnt, I guess they used the rice from the bottom of the pot.

I should've said something but I think the hunger came before I even said something, I was fighting with the fish while eating it. But to.my surprise when I came and paid, I said something to the lady that served us, but she didn't even recognized what the problem with the food, she could've offered some discount but NO!!! She even touched the pile of dried fish on the food counter but didn''t said anything at all. We picked up our plate, wipe the table and left. Just disappointed and not happy with the eevice and food. There's always other place but not coming back on the future.

Sorry not...

Saw the advertisement on instagrams about this place and I said let me give it a try. Went on a Saturday around lunch time for take out. The front entrance is not welcoming at all the inside of the place is also not inviting at all.

I said to myself maybe the food is great as indicated on some reviews. Got number 1 combo which consist of rice and 1 dish. I got beef calgareta and large Goto. The calgareta is just ok for my taste. Tasted more delicious or better than that. The Goto which I am more excited, is just blah. No taste and doesn’t taste Goto at all as it has chicken and just a couple of tripes. It roasted garlic on top that’s about.

Will I go back again. The answer is NO. Will I recommend it? See...

I don’t usually write bad reviews but since I was so excited to try to this place only to be disappointed 😢 I feel like it’s necessary to let my disappointment known. I came here 2 days ago and the special batchoy soup has an after taste I can’t explain it wasn’t so comforting as I expected and we also got kare kare which we weren’t told it’s pork. As far as I know kare kare are supposed to be beef or oxtail unless it’s bagnet style kare kare. I feel cheated because we weren’t told it’s pork. ( what if I don’t eat pork? ) We came here excited and came out disappointed and was still hungry. I will never try this place again and I’m sorry for bad reviews. I feel will also help your restaurant...

Quick and Delicious Filipino Comfort Food for the Whole Family! I visited this Filipino restaurant with my family, and we all enjoyed a delicious feast together. We shared caldereta, BBQ sticks, rice, egg noodles, and sabaw (Filipino soup), each dish packed with authentic, comforting flavors. The refreshing mango drink was the perfect way to round out our meal. The best part? Our food arrived super fast, almost before we even sat down! With no wait time and friendly, quick service, it was a great experience for all of us. A perfect spot to enjoy genuine Filipino flavours that the whole family will love! 10/10 would recommend :)

Had the special LA Paz batchoy and the spouse had tapsilog. It tastes exactly like how it does at home. Ask for the extra garlic to take it from the boro to the karindirya at a bus depot somewhere in EDSA. Had no problem with the service. We went Friday morning and there are a few people coming and going or staying in to eat. We were speedily served our food. I don't have an issue with the lady as she got other things to do and I don't really crave that attention unlike some people in their reviews who only just complain about the server not being chummy with them. Ill definitely be back.

The first time visiting this restaurant, the food looked delicious. I heard the spring rolls were the bomb so I had to try it out for myself. They were made freshed. I got there at 8:45am, which was pretty early. I heard they were sold out fast, so I there early. It was worth it. The spring rolls were 75 cent each. I got 10 and some fried vermicelli noodles delicious. The server packed it up. I had it for 2 days, lol. The prices were decent. I definitely need to go back and try some other items on the menu. The service was great and there was lots of parking in the morning.
