Scarborough Pizza Kabob — Restaurant in Toronto

On Sat, 27, approx 3 pm Decided on Pizza Kebab

The food was good.. The young guy that was at the counter serving customers, really needs training. When first approaching the counter, there was no welcoming , not even a smile on his face, I placed my order. Not a word was said my him. When it was done , he just left it in the counter, didn’t say, it was ready. We proceed to eat, soon realizing that the pizza wasn’t cut… I take up to him, let him know, he didn’t say 1 word. After he cut and gave it to us… again no words. I said to him” an apology would help… still no words, There was another co worker there, said nothing as well.

What am I to believe, was he hearing impaired and shouldn’t be on this counter or He just had No manners…Canadians always greet you with a smile 🥰 Customer service can make or break your shop… good ambience for the customers should be the norm. There just too many other places that We can eat … remember that. What wrong with greeting a potential customer with a smile and a positive attitude.

It might not mean a lot to Pizza Kabol but you just lost a customer.. why would I go back to a place that doesn’t practice good customer service. I’ll take my hard earn cash else...

As a black woman, I felt unwanted. The man demeanor was to sell me the product and get me out as possible. I stood there as I was trying to put away my money and saw how he treated the lady (of his nationality) that was standing next to me as he took her order, he was very pleasant to her, and served with a relaxed notion.

I gave this place only two stars for the simple fact the pepperoni pizza slice was good, wasn't greasy nor overly salty. Also, seating area was clean. My only issue is, for dine in customers, they should offer trays so customers can carry their food to the table.

If my visit was a bit more welcoming, I would've returned back to this place for pizza. This was my first time ever stepping in this store, and it...

I don't understand how this place has a rating above 2 or 3. They're very stingy with their meat toppings. My slice had 2 pepperoni on it. Pizza is dry. If you like dry pizza with ok toppings then you would like this. I think for an entire pizza, they only put maybe 1/8 of a chicken breast for the entire large pizza. It is not juicy, not cheesy. The only good things were the wings. Can 1000% honestly say Pizza Pizza is better. I ordered 2 pizzas and my family isnt getting second helpings. Usually pizza doesnt last in ny house.
