Inconsistent Prices and bad Customer Service. First off, I work in the mall and have been a Mall employee here for nearly 6 years. 1st time I ordered here I got a wrap. I got charged a flat rate and put 6 toppings on my pita. Next time I went, got the same thing and was charged $1 extra for "extra toppings". Didn't care. Paid for it. Next time I went I ordered it again and it was .50 cents extra. Time after that $1.50 extra. Finally I spoken up and said why does your price fluctuate so much and they said it's based off topping amount and i said I order exactly the same thing every day. They said no it can't be. I said okay whatever and just ate the extra costs again. Then the next time I went, a lady didn't charge me anything extra. Then the next time it was $1 more again. I spoke to the owner/manager and this time he told me there was a 4 topping maximum. I put 4 toppings on and added cheese and he said it would be extra. That is when I was done with it. This place is already expensive and overpriced and they charge Inconsistent prices and no customer service. You think after going to a pace several times, they wouldn't be like this. This was the most sub par experience I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. Not only did one girl pretend NOT to see me as she was washing and cutting vegetables she had the audacity to turn her back on me as I waited. The other girl asked her “When you see a customer, put whatever you are doing down” The other girl pretended to not hear the other girl. The sandwich was bland and boring and nothing special. The best was when I was cashing out and getting a soup, they couldn’t find a lid for the small cup. It took three employees to find a lid for this soup cup (PATHETIC). The lady asked me if I can take this soup without the lid (which I wasn't going to do). After 5 minutes of frantically getting everyone to search for this lid (while there were other customers in line not being acknowleged) they ended up pouring the soup in a large cup and putting the large lid on.

I'm not much of a google reviewer but I'd thought I'd warn my fellow eating comrades. What a mess of an establishment. I mean where do I begin. Oh how about with the extremely rude and uncooperative employees?? I had noticed some serious cross contamination of meats, particularly with the pork products. I mention it to the employee and what did she do? SHE COOKED MY WRAP OF THE SAME DISGUSTING CONTAMINATED GRILL. I thought maybe it was a mistake and requested another wrap. This time she took her anger out of my wrap and put a crater right in the middle of my food. She then offered me another wrap and well... here comes the cross contamination issue again, she put it once again with the other meat products.
