Got recommended here for gluten free pizza. First off - it’s not truly gluten free (so celiacs BEWARE) but they tell you that up front. Second, telling them it’s my first time trying it - no directions given to me whatsoever - had to find out from a friend that there’s an unlimited toppings option. I ordered the yorkville - and to be quite frank, it tasted like pizza dough (nothing special) with drizzled Billy bee honey (yes, that’s what they actually drizzled on) and charred crust (yes, can’t avoid the burnt taste). The walnuts didn’t add anything to it because they were also burnt. This cost $30 ($28.25)… when all I see in the menu is $14 + $4 for gluten free dough. Did this lady just charge me for the unlimited toppings pizza? (Probably why she didn’t give me the receipt - so make sure you ask for receipts) - cause my friend said, it shouldn’t cost that much for presets. I hope this review can post pics so I can show what $30 can get you at this location - it’s SO not worth it. Billy bee honey on pizza? Let’s go ahead and put ketchup packets on it as well 👍🏼 - I heard Blaze pizza is better; truly gluten free.
Update: I tried to eat the pizza - it’s very sickening with the Billy bee soaked dough and the burnt walnuts - it’s definitely something that shouldn’t be a thing. It’s like when someone experiments with recipes and it ends up as an inedible disaster that you end up throwing away.

Read moreAnother update April 2019. I dropped it down to two stars (from four) PI CO is so inconsistent. Some of the workers just don't make the crust properly - it sags in the centre, and Too much dough around the edges. Why can't they flatten the dough out evenly?
Also I saw fruit flies flying around the opened condiments and toppings! I had contacted the company about this -- their response that they are aware of the flies and that it's normal in a food court environment...🙄 They offered me a free meal, but I think I'll avoid this place until they fix this situation (don't want flies in my pizza sauce)!
Update! I just dropped a star! The second time I had it wasn't as good. The taller girl made it, she was sloppy and didn't roll out the dough evenly - parts were very thin and the edges were so thick. Resulting in the pizza sagging and falling apart from the weight of the toppings when I lifted a piece out of the box. I'll try and avoid her serving me in the future. I really liked the first guy who made my pizza - he took great care in making it nicely. (I hope management sees this feedback).
First visit was delicious. The crust is perfect, nice and chewy. I can't believe the affordable price . I liked the guy who served me, he was careful placing the toppings, as if the dough was a blank canvas...
Read moreI created and ordered the pizzas online for takeout the last two times, and I can honestly say that the pizzas were very delicious. I can definitely taste the freshness from all the ingredients and I liked the fast service provided by the staff in creating these pizzas.
The only major, fatal complaint that I have was what happened when I ordered the pizzas online. I usually set the pick up time to "ASAP" when I order online, and every time I get an email saying that the pizzas will be ready for pick up in 15 minutes after I placed the order. However, when I get to the location after the fifteen minutes specified in the email, they still have yet to make my pizza. What's the point of sending me an email saying that the pizzas will be ready in fifteen minutes for pick up if they're not even ready when I arrive? I thought the whole point of ASAP pick up was that the pizzas will be ready for pick up when I arrive by then?
Regardless I will be coming back for more in the future, but I expect that when I set the pick up time as "ASAP" for my pizza orders online, it should be done within 15 minutes. I shouldn't have to be told that my order still has to be made, so...
