Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

So my wife has ordered from here on occasion as they have always provided a reasonable product. I usually get something else. Sadly last night I decided to join her but to be honest what we got was just awful. The wings if you could call then that were so small that I would say you would find more meat on a sparrow wing. I assume this is an overall Dominoes issue but not sure and I know some places will buy there own and substitute the ones they can buy from Dominoes either way the Wings are sub standard. We also had a Thin Crust Pizza (the non hand tossed option) Again completely sub standard. Cardboard would have tasted better and the toppings were lacking as in not much on the pizza at all so mostly just tasted the sauce. Finally what's with the cutting a round Pizza into squares instead of slices it just made a bad situation worse and ruined it for me. If I could give No stars I would. You try and support local businesses and here is another example, of them supplying a sub standard product. Quality seems to be a thing of the past and it should be there especially now as businesses want to recover after the last couple of years. I doubt I will use this location again I mean there is plenty of competition...

When there is no sale , they skimp on their toppings - I ordered 4 topping pizza several times , I see barely one or two pieces of any one topping - especially if you like veggies , be warned - it’s ridiculous how little veggie toppings they add - with veggies being so cheap , I don’t get why they try to cheapen out on this - like how much is onion or tomato - they literally put one or two thin pieces - and when it’s on sale , good luck , they’ll put even less . Recently they had 50 % sale , but then the dough was thinner , the cheese was almost 2/3 less, and there was a lot of plain bread around the pizza - I ordered a large pizza , but they only topped it like a small/medium pizza !!! And if they are busy like during a 50% sale, expect that they will get your order completely wrong - you know that “quality check” step - basically they skipped it in my case - and missed out on some key options I selected - this was my experience at the college and Bathurst (Toronto) branch , not once, by five times !!!! Not sure if it’s a one off...

Ordered here all the time, and no problem. Sometimes missing dipping sauce but we dont mind. But today hits the spot! Their delivery hours end at 1am. I ordered around 12:35, delivery guy came around 12:55 and was getting mad and giving me attitude saying "its 1 oclock in the morning", well if he didnt wanna deliver that time then he shouldnt have, he should get an earlier shift, better yet, don't let us order at that time if you are going to be mad. I am a student so I can only give him $1 for tip (thats all thats left in my card) even if I really didnt want to because of his attitude but i did. He saw it in the receipt then he left my order on the floor and made me pick it up. How rude is that. He said "take your pizza, one dollar". This is really unacceptable. We already pay 2.99 delivery charge on top of that. We have always ordered here since its closer but man, if they continue to make this guy deliver, theyre gonna lose loyal people big time. I am now skeptical to order...
