After ordering from here for over 20 years, it has come to a end which was inevitable, especially since new management took over. I placed an order for delivery and was quoted a price (which was ghastly) and was told 45 min to an hour for delivery. An hour passed, I called to inquire and was told there were no deliveries scheduled for my address(!!). Needless to say an argument ensued. I asked to speak to the person who took my order, who by the way, when ordering, asked for my phone number then promptly told me the address associated with the number. I was told there's no other person, then I asked for a manager, to which I was told there's no manager, just her, so then the obvious person who took my order, was the one I was already speaking to. I was in absolute disbelief. The tone, and dismissive attitude was unbelievable. Customer service at its finest (NOT). As she tried to get me off the phone it was made very clear my long-standing business was not appreciated and I made it very clear I will no longer be ordering from their terribly run establishment again. Thank goodness there was no money exchanged and just a horrible experience. This used to be a top-notch restaurant, run by top-notch owners/management, NOT ANYMORE. Public beware, this is not the neighborhood spot to order from any longer! Ridiculously over-priced food that is not even that great anymore, and would at times arrive cold, poor customer service on phone and not so great in-restaurant either, its been noticed. Very disappointing and disappointed. I have, in the past, despite their over-priced food, and not so great customer service, recommended this place to many people. They will be told to disregard that recommendation, and if not, they (and you) will see and experience it for yourselves. Again, if you're going and looking for a great take-out/delivery/dine-in restaurant, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO,...
Read moreAlright buckle up and hang on tight. This google review might give you quite the fright !!!! Okay so here's what happened with my experience at dragon delight. I used to order Chinese from here all the time and I was let down horribly by their staff My last time ordering. I usually spend any where from 120-160 when ordering so I expect for them to be as accomidating as possible within reason. I got my order and was missing my breaded shrimp...so I called to let them know and ask for them to drop my shrimp off the guy on the phone proceeded to lie to me and tell me the delivery driver was done for the night even tho it's 6pm and they are open till 10pm and I would only be able to receive a credit on file. My mom only eats fish so this was not good enough for me. I waited to call back to make another order and of course their drivers were very much still driving as they answered asking what my address was when I said my address and that I wanted 1 order of shrimp the guy got frustrated realizing it was me calling and told me that he told me already he will give me credit...then he said he could have it delivered in 1 hour...after lying and saying that all drivers are off for the night. Well I caught him in his lie and will never order here ever again.. also potions of meat were horrible 5 pieces of beef in the broccoli and every dish was honestly just mostly peppers of or broccoli.. thanks for lying to me and making me hate your resturant...hope you enjoy my Google review on your page for life. Stop lying to your customers and you won't have to look at honest reviews...

Everything we got was absolutely flavourless, which had me wondering maybe my sense of taste is gone? Don't have covid, and I can taste everything else in my home. I had to add my own seasonings and sauces to make the food anything but bland. How does a restaurant give you soggy textured and completely unseasoned chicken unless you're feeding it to a dog or someone with a severe dietary restriction?
One dish which is supposed to have sauce and be spicy was absolutely bone dry. You also can't just throw a certain number of whole dry chili peppers corresponding to spice level on a plate and say the dish is whatever level of spice. Another dish was swimming in liquid, and here I am thinking, "ah a sauce!" But I was mistaken, it was just water with a little bit of colour and still no flavour. Our third and final dish was some overcooked noodles, chicken and veg with a small spoon of what I can only describe as unsweetened-gelatinized plum sauce? That may be a kindness to say though, it may have just been tinted gelatin that wasn't fully set yet. 🤢 I don't know how, with such little care put into the food it took TWICE as long as they stated it would. I know several things could impact that, but the poor quality of the food makes it less excusable.
The whole thing cost over $60, and despite the flyer saying you get free chicken wings/chicken fried rice/cheese wonton, they'll forget it. Though I'm actually glad they did, because I don't want to know if that would have sent me running to the bathroom even more than the order I...
