Etobicoke Eats — Restaurant in Toronto

Came to Etobicoke cloud kitchen today and placed an order with Fusion Burger and Wah Biriyani and waited for 20 mins. Then we were informed by a person there that this restaurant was permanently closed 2 weeks back. On calling the restaurant number, a man and a lady spoke to us saying that it is their personal number and they have nothing to do with the restaurant.

Lost $50 for this order and no food on top of it.

Please do not place an order at the cloud kitchen console up front without making sure with someone there if the kitchen is actually available.

We have had good experience with the Dum Biryani place here before, but now not sure we will come back here to try any other kitchen.

I am unable to DM Etobicoke eats over Google. Plus I have been trying to call the manager over a number the person from lockport gave me and the calls are going to a voicemail that is not configured. This is extremely frustrating as I cannot raise a concern and...

Absolute garbage I don't know whos idea this place is, it's literally located in the back of a dump and you have to walk around a tight 1 way hope to God a reversing garbage truck doesnt crush u so you can go place an order on a broken machine.

Chose a quick sandwich from dirty birds the tablet said ready in 8 mins, I think I waited 30 mins before asking to speak to someone just to learn that my food didn't even make it to the lockers it's sitting outside the mf locker in the back like how am I supposed to get my food? Talking about Cloud Kitchens, I had the worst experience, I tried to have a restaurant there, but I had to cancel the process for personal reasons, I signed an agreement so cloud kitchens return some money back to me, and I haven't recieved my money back and now they are charging me alot of money for something that never happened, I been calling everyone to fix the problem but nobody answered, there's nobody facing this kind of stuffs, I been sending alot of emails, and alot of calls.
