Dairy Queen (Treat) — Local services in Toronto

Came here at 9 45 on Saturday and the 3 lady’s working inside and gestured to us that they were closed. Even tho they close at 11 so this is very disappointing that I came well before closing time and they just sent me home empty handed. Didn’t expect this from Dairy Queen. When I called the location it said they were open till 11 today. This is very un professional like. I have also noticed other reviews that had the same problem a month ago. To my surprise DQ Management has failed to fix this which is even more disappointing. don’t recommend anyone to come here if there not sure if this location is open or not because they are probably not. If you want to come here come here at least 4 hours before they say they will close and you may get to order. 0 Star from me Don’t deserve even...

I was excited to go to this location for the first time since it’s opened. I rushed with my family to treat everyone to ice cream. I walked into the store by myself at 10:37 pm, 23 mins before close and a young gentleman said that they’re closing early and that they normally close 30-25 mins early...in the summer? There was no one else in the store and they were not understaffed as I saw 3 employees talking, laughing and having a great time as they prepared to get an early night off. Please update your hours of operation so that customers are not mislead in the future - especially in the last nights of summer before fall. I would have drove and made it to the other location that provides excellent customer service and services their customers until the time they promote...

Been over two years since we've hit this location. We said we wouldn't return but unfortunately there are almost no DQ's left that serve hot food (ie: Burgs, childhood favorite of my partner).

Nothing has changed. Location is still a yard sale. Dirty, messy. Saw some paint buckets so at least it looks like they are finally putting some $ into it but honestly, just clean the damn place. I use to work in food service -all positions so I know what to look for. Still a hard fail. Equipment needs servicing. 'Blizzard'? ...more like 'Surry'. Also when customers show up maybe ....don't continue sweeping or minutes on end and instead acknowledged you have...
