Yesterday I picked up 8 huge size burritos from this location when I came back and the group started eating, we realized that they forgot to include guac for the chips and guac and another order of chips for one of the burrito which is ok, mistakes do happen and we are all human, what I didn't like was the way they dealt with the problem when I called, instead of apologizing for the mistake or anything else she simply says well I can't do anything over the phone now and you can come back to get the missing guac ! My question was that would you really stop eating half way and drive 15 minutes to get the missing content ? I am not your next door neighbor! Other then that food was great ! When I paid for my meal, I was given all my change, $2.70, in dimes. Seriously? That’s not just ridiculous, it’s completely inconvenient & frustrating.
On top of that, there are no washrooms available, which is unacceptable, especially for families, seniors, or anyone with health needs.
To make things worse, they charge extra for green salsa, even though you don’t have to pay for red salsa. That just feels like they’re nickel & diming customers for no reason.
