June 3/2024- *UPDATE While I appreciate that you are aware of the price issue that MANY of us are having, things could’ve been done to mediate the issue before hand. Adding any EXTRA fee’s (Gratuity) being not informed is considered FRAUD. I am telling you and everyone else that I WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY PRICE INCREASE. What is stated on the menu board should be charged to the customer without ANY extra fees. Please know that I was extremely cautious with my choice of words, and I am very much aware of the implications and accusations that scams have for the accused party. Thank you.
Be aware, they automatically charge gratuity without asking you. Also, what they advertise on their menu INSIDE the store is not what they charge you. They will charge you an extra $4 without you even knowing. They don’t inform you that there is a price increase neither the automatic tip they include. ALWAYS as for your receipt! They gave me my card receipt but always as for the “real” receipt. I realized this and asked for my refund right away. Read moreWent here to get some Filipino traditional breakfast. There was a customer ahead of me and he ordered smoothies. When he’s done I expect the attendant to say “just give me a minute to complete his order” but no words. I was standing there for about 15 minutes. I think that’s a long wait for two customers. After attendant gave the smoothies. Again, I was expecting her to say thank you for waiting. But no words again. For me that’s a bad customer service. This was my second visits on this place, the first was last year when I was in the area again. I went to visit this place again because the place Kabalen next the the store doesn’t have food ready yet.
I dropped two stars because of poor customer service. The place was clean and tidy and food are well displayed. Unfortunately, since this was my second visits with poor customer service for my second visits. After another 15 minutes of wait to prepare my food, finally attendant talked and thank me. But will I go again? Since I live far from the area, I won’t go again.

Today I ordered salted caramel milk tea, again it’s super Sweet. Looks like this shop has a lot supply of condensed milk or sweeteners. They didn’t ask what’s the sugar level thingy so I thought they have one recipe for it, so I didn’t bother to tell my preference . Plus, when they gave me my milk tea, it’s messy, I mean there a smudge of chocolate or cooked condensed milk outside of my cup, so I wipe it and found out that the seal didn’t sealed completely. I asked them to reseal it, thankfully they did.
The shop floor feels toooo sticky, you can feel it with your shoes on, you can even hear you shoe sticks on the floor when your walking.
Probably, I won’t order to this shop again. Craving for milk tea? You should think twice before ordering here.
