Bagels are ok, not exceptionally delicious, but not bad either, but this is how they lost stars:

In my opinion, any store that adds a tipping option to their terminal deserves to lose a star. Maybe bad ratings will discourage them from using this sneaky tactic. Do they really think that putting bagels you already paid for in a bag needs to be rewarded with several bucks? The option is there to simply shame people into paying more. If someone wants to tip you, they'll will find a way. The store works until 3PM, but if you think that you will get to a bagel store before closing and get some bagels, you're sorely mistaken. I don't know when they bake their last batch, but they're out around 2PM (or at least don't have many options available.) Apart from being a big disappointment to the customers, it seems like a bad business decision. The bagels can't cost too much to make, even if they don't sell everything, the ones they would sell should cover at least the cost of the batch. They also sell a day-old bagels 50% off. Regardless, when I go to a bagel store Google says is open until 3PM, I expect to buy bagels until 3PM. They lost the last star for mixing the orders for the second time. The first time this happened, I found the error almost immediately and I was able to fix it. Today I didn't have a car, so I asked my daughter to go to the store to buy dozen bagels. She asked for 5 sesame bagels and they gave her 5 poppy seed bagels I can't stand (and she tipped them $2 because she felt uncomfortable skipping the tip.) She didn't check the order in the store and by the time we figured out it was wrong, she was already home and the store was closed.

In conclusion, if I based my rating on the quality of bagels, I would give them 4 stars, but because of bad service and the store being too greedy they get just one...

Coming here for the first time to try out their world, famous bagels. It was a very memorable experience. They had the feeling of visiting a real bagel shop where you can pick out and choose some of the best quality and high ingredient bagels that are available.

Turning to the location it is located in a more rough part of the city but overall when you’re coming to get a bagel that is at the price point that they’re giving it out as well worth it. I did become aware that this is a very iconic location to people have been coming for years and years to come get their favourite bagels.

I’d come and visited to try the bagels that they had and also got to try some of the other things they also offer like their orange juices, their dips, and also their salads. And also they offered these mini bagels, which were amazing. Overall service was fast and accommodating. With plenty of seating the locations pretty big so you have a lot of choices. The price of all the food was being served. That was very competitive I believe, and I definitely will be coming here to try the other options that they do have.

Service overall was fast too and I believe that the options that they have are very cool with the combinations, adding up to a very memorable...

Where should I start? came in this morning to get 2 bagels and we wanted to be like take out but to eat in, when I went to the counter to order the man said take a set and I will take your order, said to him I want to order and pay for it first then go and sit down, he told me very rudely to go and sit down, I went to go have a seat, and I waited and waited, when I started to get mad I got up and went to the counter again, and stood there waited for the waitress (who was fighting with another customer ) to take my order which did not happen, the n the same guy said I am coming to take your order its faster , I said I am in a hurry and don't have time to wait anymore, which he told me again to do and take a sit. Now the problem was I wanted my cream cheese on my bagel (how dare I ) and he said we put it on the side, when I insisted he looked irritated and angry. what got me seeing red was after I paid the bill he came over and saw that I gave him NO tip, he shook his head and went to the waitress and started to talk about us. not worth paying $12.75 for two bagels and being treated like and annoyance. DO NOT GO...

Purchase two dozen bagels at a price of $30.00 and I had to ask if they sold bagels by the dozen and how much were they? I was told they were $15 a dozen. OK, then I’ll take two dozen. That’ll be $30.00 But did not tell me that there would be a tip of $5.50 attached to my bill and I did not realize till I got home. I think this is very poor Business practices, and I rate them one star for being devious and ignoring the customers. I actually had to ask to be served by the way this was my first time there, and I shall never return nor Shall I ever recommend this place to anyone. the beagles appeared to be stale. I was extremely disappointed and I was so looking forward to a good experience and treating my family to these bagels that I heard had heard so much about, but did not deliver as promised.
