This place is a JOKE!! Don’t be lured by their social media! I went there last weekend with my wife and two friends after checking out their Instagram page. To my surprise, the food was 1/5 from what was presented on their Instagram stories.

My wife, vegetarian by choice and currently pregnant, can’t eat processed food, specially meat. After asking the toppings on the pizza, she was informed by the staff that the pizza was Margherita and did not have meat on it.

Guess what? The pizza was full of meat (some sort of pepperoni) under the cheese. She found out after eating it. I even spoke about the situation with the owner’s husband. He understood, apologized and said he would take care of it.

Now, they’ve replied to my wife’s review accusing her of lying, saying the pizza was vegetarian!! WHAT THE HELL!!!! I saw it, my wife ate it, my friends saw it. She is NOT LYING. We are not lying. And looking at your reviews, someone already experienced the same thing, eating PORK when asking for mushroom.

If you’re vegetarian, vegan, or do not eat meat, DON’T GO to this...

We came here for brunch and left a few minutes ago. They have a neat and modest offering of food but everything made really well. The pastries were fresh and some still a little warm. My favourites were the chicken pie and cheese puffs. Mostly breads and carb-forward but it all made for great comfort food. They do have eggs and sausages but I was full from the finger food and also don’t eat pork. The coffee was also very good. Staff were mostly friendly. Ambience and decor were also quite elegant. For the price, not bad at all.

There’s room for improvement with the online reservation system. A minor service-related con: there was one server who asked us if we wanted drinks, said the system wasn’t working to enter the order on the iPad she was using and went back to supposedly fix it, but then didn’t come back for a while and instead served other guest who came after us with drinks. Everyone else was attentive and pleasant though.

Overall would definitely come back again and...

I live just across the street from this place and I really want to like it since they have pretty decent food, but the service is so SLOW and abysmal.. I wanted to have a coffee with my old friend on Sunday and asked if we could take a seat and the counter person said “maybe in an hour”.. what? I asked why and she didn’t say anything to me, we saw on a sign that brunch was happening and we only wanted to sit at the seats on the side to drink our coffee and she didn’t even say anything to us..? Really weird and kind of rude, even my friend visiting was surprised. Also, I understand at the beginning with training it can take time to make orders but these guys will still take at least 10 minutes to make a single drink. Today I also waited 20 minutes for a single pastel and I was the only person there. I want to come here in to morning before work but I never do because they’ll make me late they take so long.
