Read moreI have visited this Harvey’s store yesterday, as I was riding my bicycle, I went through the driveway to place my order! The cashier lady asked me to come inside the restaurant and order because I was on a bike. Then I went inside the store with my bike and stood in line. I have approached the cashier and placed my order. After I paid and waiting for my receipt, the same cashier lady told me I am not allowed in the store with my bike. I asked the lady why she didn’t inform me that no bike was allowed before I pay as the staff saw me with a bike in the driveway and inside the store, however, no answer was provided. I think this staff was rude to me and failed to explain to me as a customer. I believe this store staff are racist because I was a Black person riding a bike. Read moreThis is my first and last time ordering from this location. It's unfortunate that there aren't other locations to choose from as this was the only option on skip. There was absolutely no effort put into preparing my order. I don't know what this is but it's not Nuggets. It was burnt to a crisp and smelt like old oil that hasn't been changed, in who knows how long. There's a foul smell Also coming from it. Not to mention the poutine I ordered with it was obviously sitting around from a cancelled order and was soggy to the core I was so turned off I threw my meal on the garbage. It should be an automatic given that once you order a poutine gravy should be on the side. Don't waste your time ordering here. It's saddens me that this is what customer service has come to since I've been in the industry.
