I walked in and did not smell good food but saw a bunch of drunks sitting at the bar. I saw one black guy eating and Against my better judgement I still thought I would try it based on a few good reviews. The chicken smelled like it was spoiled and had zero taste and the rice although hot tasted like cigarettes. So gross!! I took one bite of rice and chicken and threw the rest out. not a place to bring kids or family or anyone. Food is a 3/10 (+2 points for being cheap). They have no respect for new customers. Go to any other restaurant or bar they will over serve there customers alcohol and let them drive home. 5 minutes in and I was threatened to be jumped and offended at the front cash all while the cashier was just watching. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened. The owner always makes you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I have had numerous dishes from their menu and have no complaints as it's always delicious. The menu also has something for everyone whether you like West Indian food or not.
