This was the most horrible experience I've ever hd at tim.hortons ! The drive through window will not ( even though it's capable n off to the side ) accept any walk ups but I'll have to get u pictures to show u how insane that is. The worst part and the one in which I as a customer would implore you to avoid this particular location is because both inside and out one nigjt I was starving!!! Super hungry my car was in the shop and I had no way around but I did have cash only hundred dollar bills. If I told you it was a simple refused to break that would be one thing but it was a refusal to break and as I sat there miles from home locked out of my friends house by my own ( I'll admit ) incompetence. I begged the guys and girls for help breaking the bill because I was starving and there was nothing else open anywhere near me. I was sick needed them to break this for food and water yet as I stood there they tossed out while I asked them for anything and willing to pay donuts , coffee , and other foods ... I felt mortified , discussed it with them as they continued, I felt the hunger pains continue and told them I vowed to write a review or contact head office ... Little did I know that I was in the top ten percent of Google reviews in the world 🌎 ( A point in which I must extend deep thanks and gratitude because now ladies and gentlemen - things change ;-) Tim Hortons typically is phenomenal but this was a nightmare of epic proportions and not the first incident either but if I can let tims guys know before they respond... You have within that store an older Spanish woman a manager who is incredibly wise and talented at least I hope she is management. After a coffee got spilled one day and the other staff tried to charge me for it and force me to pay she gently dropped one down and I with a smile walked away ... So save her and burn the store...
Read moreThis is the closest Tim Horton's to my residence. I go there A LOT. I am sometimes impressed with the staff other times not so much. I happened to find a BRAND new cell phone left on the counter in front of him. I don't know about you but my cellphone is my everything! I knew the person would be coming back as soon as they realized that it was gone. However, as I was attempting to explain this to the cashier standing in front me he was more worried about the guy behind me getting impatient because he may have had to wait an extra 20-30 seconds. Bet if it was his phone his attitude would have been different. So, since nobody else cared I held onto the phone and waited. And didn't have to wait too long. Here comes a mom with a baby in a stroller running I knew it was for the phone. I told her not to worry I have it right here and she exhaled and called down right quick. I was happy to help a young mother get her phone back. Wish I would have got the employees name, he was awful. Also, I have been finding that lately the Hash Browns are old and hard as rocks! Read moreGf purchased a triple triple coffee. She said the coffee tasted bitter. She took it back and asked if she can get a new coffee at the drive thru speaker, staff told her they would replace it and just drive up to the window. When arriving at the window after she waited for 6 minutes because there was an issue with the customer infront of her. The staff at the window tried charging her for her coffee. She explained how the coffee was bitter and said she has the old coffee to replace for the new one. The staff got defensive and asked what coffee does she have in her hand and she said a triple triple. The staff tells her well thats the coffee you asked for. And she said yes but its bitter. The staff asked to SEE THE COFFEE INSIDE and took off the lid to check it. The staff then says "well it look's like a triple triple" and she goes well it doesnt taste like one. She asked would you like to try it since the staff didn't believe the coffee didn't taste fresh. The staff was so rude and then moved to the side when the manager came and was quiet after.
