Satisfaction Guarantee In addition to the Time Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the quality of an item in your order, are missing an item from your order or are delivered the wrong item, we offer one of two resolutions depending on the type of item in issue (the “Satisfaction Guarantee”). If the item is a large item such as a pizza, chicken, salads or sandwiches, we will replace the item. For smaller items such as dipping sauce, beverages or snack items, we will provide a credit for use on your next order equal to twice the value of the item as stated on Pizza Pizza´s then current menu.

They don't even adhere to their own policies. I never order dipping sauce.

I no longer live in the area, but whenever I come back, I do my best to visit this location! It’s been great seeing this location evolve over the years. The pizza & fries are always made right. It’s so nostalgic to see that they still sell bocci bits and they taste like how I remembered them: very delicious. I don’t think bocci bits are available in all Pizza Pizza locations. It’s also really nice to see how versatile the menu is; there’s really something for everyone.

The hardworking staff are always friendly, funny and it’s nice to see them interacting with repeat customers - I can tell they take time to get to know them.

I am usually skeptical about Pizza Pizza locations because sad to say as a pizza l9ver its usually a hit or miss. But this location is awesome. Ive been going there for years and they never let me down! Well except that time they forgot my dipping sauce that i didnt even knownabout until they told me. The location is wheelchair accessible, usually not too busy as they work fairly quickly to get orders out when im there. Right next time foodbasic supermarket incase you wana get pizza after groceries. Thanks guys for doing a solid job...
