Just had a pickup order from here, Paneer and pasta sandwich Noodles and Manchurian Falooda (replaced item). Worst manchurian ( putted too much soya sauce and burned manchurian balls which can be smelled right after opening it. I think they tried to cover it by making it too too much sweet which made us almost vomit)

Went back to show them, They did apologise but said that money for the manchurian can’t be refunded since we paid by card! What does that mean? And said you can another item.. meaning they just wanted to steal your money and again have their shit food. (In fact your falooda is 6.99 and the manchurian was 7.99) it’s not about a dollar but about what customer wants. You should have refunded the money back and we would have never put this review.

My partner still took a falooda and trust me they intentionally made that falooda too much sweet by putting almost 1/2 litre roohafza I believe or whatever that liquid and stale or I would say old lacha (noodles type in falooda). We had to throw that as well and would never come again here and not recommend anyone to go here.

Honest Note: - sandwiches were okay and noodles were fine too.

we do not need your free food but at-least do not give customers burnt food and intentionally making another shit item just because they came back and complaint. I will complaint this food and safety too.

Attaching the images so that you don’t say I m lying and also compare our falooda with the other review falooda so you can see that was...

I would not recommend this place at all unless you want to have a taste of unreal things. When I entered, it gave me a good feel of desi vibes, but as soon as I proceeded with ordering, I could sense that I shouldn't eat from here. I kept that aside and ordered pani puri, malai chaap, and tandoori veggie momos(gravy). Pani puri was OK. The water was better than the puri and filling itself. Malai chaap is nice, and it melts in your mouth, but as long as you do not touch that fake mint chutney where they have put all the green color that they could find. The worst would be tandoori veggie momos, I inquired about the gravy and non-gravy options, and they shared little to no knowledge. I was expecting that the momos would be grilled, and then they would be added in some kind of gravy, but those are steamed momos in extra spice for no reason, gravy. When I discussed, one person said that I can leave it at their desk and they will prepare a new dish for me but after 5 minutes, another person shows up and said they cannot do anything about it and we have to order the non gravy, the one that should be called tandoori momos, separately. We had to eat that spicy food because we hate to waste any and resulting in that we couldn't sleep all night. I would not recommend this place, and neither am I...

Horrible food and Worst customer service.

The guy at the counter is very unprofessional and rude.

I have been a customer since they opened up. Loved their tasteful menu. My friend gave them a five star review. However, the taste and quantity had taken a big hit. Food is made too spicy even when a special request is put in for mild food. So much so that my friend stopped eating there and updated his review to show ‘one star’ to reflect their food and service.

Today, I ordered the noodles from here and requested it be made very mild. Answer I got was “yes mam”. But noodles were made too spicy. I called them to give them feedback on my order and the guy was very rude and said the sauce that goes into the noodles make it like this only. They could have said that when I was ordering it. He further told me that I have been eating at his restaurant 30-40 times and why was I complaining now. He made reference to my friend’s ‘one star review’ which was made over 2 months ago.

This guy is very unprofessional and doesn’t value customers. He doesn’t take feedback well and instead holds personal grudges against his customers. I do not appreciate his behaviour and would not trust him around my food again. They will no longer get...

Would happily give them negative stars if there was an option. Just ordered through uber eats; Malai Soya chaap, Nutri kulcha and pav bhaji. Malai soya chaap is so dry and chewy. Nutri kulcha is so damn spicy. Pav bhaji- the bhaji is simply tomato puree nothing else. Everything is so damn spicy. Called the restaurant to speak to the owner and owner came upto the phone and told him what is the problem with the food delivered. The owner literally said thats how we make the food; do whatever you want to do; even go ahead and put a review on google because thats what you are good at. The owner literally shouted at me and my husband saying he does not want customers who criticize or complaint about his food and does not want to talk to such customers and said again that this is the way we make our food and we dont care. Is this the service they provide and let me remind you these were not the servers; this was the owner himself. I would highly recommed not to go or order from this place as their food is spicy and tasteless. They dont respect customers and just rip off their money.

Being an overboard fan of chaap(s) in all its varieties, this perhaps is the best chaap joint I have recently discovered, thanks to a friend of mine. The menu is simple but complicatedly delicious to order almost everything you see on it. Considering my extreme tolerance level for spice, I ended up ordering the Schezwan Chaap which comes with a gravy and it was beyond good. Also ended up getting the Vegetable Spring Rolls, which to my delight had the noodles filling, the same one we get back home in 🇮🇳 rather than the conventional cabbage filling. The individual taking the order was quite soft to talk to, pretty knowledgeable & also recommended what dishes to try out based on the preference. The place to dine-in is still WIP but you are there for the food and not just for its ambience & so the food quality, for me atleast, was absolutely top notch.
