Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I'll start off by saying I am not a fan of Little Caesars Pizza, BUT I am a fan of their customer service. This has been by far the best customer service I have received from any place in such a long time. I had to buy lunch for my employees at my workplace as it would have been far too busy for everyone to go out and buy their own lunches since we were extremely swamped with work. In order to save some time, I asked the employee at Little Caesars if we can order our pizza in advance and pay it in full, so when it was ready I can pick it up on the way to work. I needed to pick up seven personal pizzas at 11AM in order to make it on time, but the employee said that they actually opened at 11AM, so the earliest they would have my order by would be 11:30AM. When I told him that it would be too late, he checked the store schedule and noticed that the manager would be opening that day. He said he could leave a note with the manager, so my order would be ready right at 11AM. I was happy to hear that, but was also a bit skeptical. Regardless, I took his word for it and paid for the pizzas. I went over the next day, and right at 11AM, the manager was there on time, and greeted me with all seven pizzas fresh from the oven! I was extremely happy with the experience! The manager was very friendly and helpful. Like I said from the start, I am not a fan of their pizzas, but I will DEFINITELY be coming back because of their excellent customer service, and to show support for a smaller franchisee. Great job on the employee and manager!...

Good service..fast. cheap price. Grab and go. Hate Pizza Pizza because have to wait almost an hour to receive pizza... Here at little Caesars its hot and ready! Amazing! The Deep Deep Dish pizza is a fave but I always end up regretting it because of the grease/oil. Its delicious though. Garlic sticks are tasty especially with the tomato marina sauce. Wings are ok... My husband likes the sauce on the side when he orders the wings because otherwise they're ' too soggy'. Garlic pizza dip is good (I personally like Pizza Pizzas garlic dip best, but I always get a pack of garlic dip with my pizza at Little Caesars). Cinnamon dessert bread/pizza is sooooo tasty. Goes great with coffee. Not the best parking lot... People whip around the corner in the parking lot without looking. They might want to put in some speedbumps. Can usually get a parking spot but have had a few occasions where we couldn't find a parking spot (around 5-6pm). Overall, its your fast food pizza joint. great for Friday night movie night inside... Pick up a hot and ready pizza, go home and get into your PJs and binge-watch on Netflix or watch movies while eating pizza on the couch... That's how we do it!...

Just had my first order with the store located at 452 Rathburn Rd in Etobicoke. I usually buy pizzas from Dominos but this time I decided to try the stuffed crust pizza that I saw in the commercial. Ordered online, transaction reference 45477317, picked up and when I got home I found the pizza had a regular crust. I called the store and the lady offered a free bread, I don’t want a free bread, I want the pizza I ordered. She mentioned that she would need to talk to her manager and never got back to me. Terrible experience. I had one order mistake with Dominos once and they managed to realize before I arrived (more robust process that check orders before putting in the ready pile) and managed to prepare a new one, they ended up giving me both pizzas as an apology for making me wait 5min more than expected. Little Caesers made close to zero effort to try to fix the mistake. That’s what separates a good managed company from a poorly managed one, how they handle this situations. I don’t want to anything now, just would like to inform that you lost a customer forever in your first order, and need to step up your game heavily if you want to stay...
