Am I missing something here??? I must have gone on the wrong day. Asked for 3 different beers they had on tap. But they didn't have them. Got their "local" lager. literally waited 10 mins. for it to be served to me. I was completely warm and they refused to swap it. Apparently, I had to wait for the head to go down anyway for each drink. Now I have a bit of a stomach ache from drinking the swill they served me. The atmosphere is depressing if you're into that kind of bar. All the customers seemed like regulars and that drink bottles all day and try to sing to the music they put on the juke box. Awesome bar.. amazingly friendly.. never a rush ..the owner, and past owner ,and staff make you feel so very welcomed... past owner comes in on wed and sunday.. i spent alot of time here in the past alot lol... she was incredible. new owner is the same.. so very nice and very accommodating and incredible.. please support this pub..nice little place on he Danforth..never an issue..and has soon has the covid is done...it is a great place to play pool and have drinks.Food is real good.. it was my go to many a night after work. it is a perfect pub to just hang put and enjoy... When temperature rises, it's a relaxing patio. Two bottles of beer ($12?) and two vodka doubles is between $25 to $30 with tip.

Uncle in the back makes absolutely delicious food. During the most recent Taste of the Danforth, there was octopus and quail. It was definitely busier than anticipated. Superbowl, hockey, euro-football, you name it, it's here.
