This place is on the decline and has been for sometime now, I really ask myself every time I leave this place why do I do this to myself, I literally find myself shaking my head when driving out of this establishment whether it be dining in or the drive thru its usually the same result quality wise, cold and stale is the usual , and the 30 minute drive thru wait only makes it that much worse, but it gets better the staff and I will not say all of them but a few in the least that I have had the displeasure of dealing with on several occasion are rude and ignorant and I am a very humble person and not usually one to complain, raised on good manners and excellent people skills, good old fashion respect sums it up best, the manager and his female co worker were talking Punjabi back and forth today while dealing with me at the counter and laughing , I am an East Indian myself but my wife is not and she was present and rather embarrassed, I will be the first to say how totally unacceptable and unprofessional that is to do considering there was several non Indian people present whom definitely did not look to impressed and I do not blame them, I will finish this buy saying there are a few decent Golden Arches left but unfortunately this is not one of them, to the management proper training would probably fix most of your problems and maybe a staff meeting or to about customer service and treating people with a little respect would go along way, people spent there hard earned dollars for a good experience and fresh fast food not something thats been sitting in a warmer for hours, its not rocket science, in the old days we were actually thankful for the customers these days its as if they already know that they have a large abundance of customers so who cares rite , Thursdays January 24th 2019 will be the absolute last time my family or I spend our money at this failing and unkept establishment , local residence for 42 years and been regular customers for 25 plus years , we wish you all the best and take care ! ! ! this place used to be amazing what happened ? sincerely unsatisfied customer ! ! ! AFTER NOTE just read some of the reviews seems like everyones on the same pages ,,, totally unacceptable all around. sad to these people ripping off the locals and laughing all the way to the bank and the worst part is we lose our local McDonalds in the process ! ! ! THANK GOD...
Read moreSunday lunch rush was insane! The counter was very busy and customers who couldn't decide what they wanted BEFORE getting in line held everything up, so i used a kiosk to order. It didn't print a receipt but it did give me an order number on the screen. There were so many orders, my number didn't appear on the order screen at the pick-up counter so I went into line to verify it did go through. Thankfully it did and the staff tried their best to get it out as quickly as possible. Despite the order board being completely filled, I still got my food before the number even appeared on the board. They were having difficulty getting their ice machine to work for the blended drinks; so I had to wait a while for 2 OREO frapps. Others customers were absolutely rude to the staff while it was happening, while staff tried to explain they were trying to get it fixed ASAP. I couldn't believe what some customers were saying! Church just got out, I get it. Everyone's hungry and tired, but treat the workers with some respect. Anyone could see they were doing their best with everything happening. So you didn't get your smoothie 20 seconds after you ordered it. Chill. ANYWAYS, I took about 10 minutes after getting our food to get our drinks, but the staff was so polite about it. Since we were eating in, the brought it to our table and even upgraded the small frapp to a large due to the wait. This location may take a little longer, but the food was delicious, despite being a little cold from waiting; and the staff had nothing but...
Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at the McDonald's on Kipling and Rexdale. The crew working on February 8th morning shift was a real disappointment .The order taker was unable to manage more than one car at a time, which shows a clear lack of training and professionalism. If something as basic as taking an order is a struggle, I wouldn't expect the rest of the service to be any better. In my brief time there waiting the lack of speed and performance form them was the reason for the eight car lineup.
The night crew seemed completely disorganized—they couldn't efficiently take orders or prepare food correctly. What's even more appalling is the lack of management. Where was the manager at this time? Why would they not intervene. Is it management aware of what's happening in their location. Where they're not aware that the customer at drive-thru had asked four different times if she's ready to take my order. Could they not have jumped in and save the day. It's clear that management needs to step up and train their employees properly, And they could definitely use some training themselves . McDonald's is supposed to provide quick and reliable service, but this location fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
If you're looking for a smooth and efficient fast food experience, I would suggest finding another place. There's another fast food place up the street starts with W, And I guess they don't...
