Food is always great.. Whenever I have visited I was not disappointed. It is just that they should learn to deal with customer with a smile on face. The last time I went here I kept on standing for a long time alone on the front desk when no one was there. I said "Hello" multiple times to call someone yet no one came to the front. Finally when I yelled "Hello", a South Asian girl came to the desk with absolutely no expression on face. I told her the order which she wrote down once & didnt ask for any side orders. Kept on looking me into my eyes in a weird & unpleasant way until I finished. She told me how much I owe. I paid the amount & asked how much time will it take the pizza to be ready as I was on a break. She just uttered "Some time". Didnt say 10 minutes, 20 minutes or any real time like that. Came back after a while, again had to yell at the counter to get some attention, the same girl came & handed me over the Pizza without Tissue papers, seasonings, sauce & without any greeting. Its made me feel as aweful as I am going to a store & asking something for free. At least dealing person should have...

This needs to stop! Whoever wants to work in the food industry needs to get coached on hygiene whoever is making minimum wage is not a reason to try to scam clients. Making pizza with hands seeing bracelets getting in the dough. The guy working there I saw him stepping out checking on his car touching his tires scratching his face then back to the kitchen without washing his hands. I asked for no spicy food and they made sure to serve spicy pizza and nuggets. Charging me twice the price when she saw me distracted by my child luckily I saw the price and when I asked why did you charge me that price and she replied oh sorry and threw me cash money right away on the counter like if this wasn’t the first time she made that “mistake”. the situation wasn’t natural at all and it didn’t look like a mistake but more like a caught scam even when giving cash, she still owned me another $2. This is not okay to disrespect clients and trying to make money by scamming or saving on hygiene. Also speaking their own language in front of...

Went for walking special and the run out of pepperoni and couldn't substitute except just cheese.

Staff lacked of hygiene, cashier touch money, and didn't wash her hand ,went to prep dough, her jewelery touching dough, and had a bandage on her finger. I didn't say anything to avoid conflict and make her feel certain way infront of other customers

no hair net, especially the ladies as they all have long hair, no gloves while placing the stuff on the dough.

There was a guy sitting outside who walked in and didn't wash his hands and went straight to preparing for other customers.

Overall, the pizza was good. Hopefully, they take...

We’ve ordered Panago 3 times over the course of 2 years and this is my first review: I ordered off of Uber Eats to have my order delivered. The cheesecake and jalapeño dip I got was okay. However, the large pizza I ordered was undercooked. I paid $9 in total for toppings ($3 a piece) and I got raw dough and mushrooms looking like they came straight out of the can. I only had noticed when I began to wonder why it was so chewy! Needless to say, the last two times I had ordered were awful experiences as well. I kept giving this place a chance since they’re located right by my condo, but this is the last time.
