Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Used to be good service but now really bad - I think it's related with all their trouble with their founder using racial slurs at colored people and their sales tanking in the states. So about a week ago on Aug 9/10 I picked up a few large pizzas. They used to throw in at least a few pepperocinies in the box and sometimes if ask for a couple extra they would throw in for free. But this last time, they had only 1 piece of pepper in every box. So I asked if I can get a few extra and the guy asked foe $0.85 for each extra pepper. So I said, you guys used to add at least a couple or more before and he responded only if the peppers were smaller, so I showed that the peppers in my boxes were small. In any case I got pissed and left the store. With all their financial trouble and racism down south, I decided not to eat their pizza here. Next thing you know they may remove the free garlic sauce and less toppings. Asking $0.85 for a piece of pepper is a clear...

Order for the first time. Pizza was very tasty for me not being a pizza lover. The only reason I gave is 3 stars is they cheap out on the toppings. I order a large thin crust 4 topping pizza with extra cheese. Could barely see the toppings along with the extra cheese. It is a 12 minute drive from 4630 Kingston Road to my place. My pizza was not hot, barely lukewarm. Overall I will try it again at this location but I would order online as it is cheaper with more specials than the store is offering. Beware make sure you have the right change if paying by cash. Deliver person had very little change so I had to dug up the right change with tip or I would had to give him a 10.00 tip NOT. Veryyyyy cheap with toppings. Esp when i pay extra for toppings and they put two pieces. It infuriates me because this is not the first time. They will eventually lose cuatomers if they keep this up

Also do not order any seasonings. They dont even put them on your pizza and they think because its only a dollar or 2 that customers wont call them out on it. Thats how they scam you.

They are so cheap. They literally count the number of each topping they put in the pizza. Literally 2 or 3 tiny pieces on a slice.

Already charging high prices for a pizza and then charge extra for toppings and dont even put toppings on it.

I didnt get any peppers in my pizza too.
