I placed an order with Pizza Hut on July 1,2017, located at 666 Burnhamthorpe Road, etobicoke around 8:21 pm for delivery. I specifically mentioned the apartment number to the person who was taking the order. The delivery person came to the front door of the building and I buzzed him in. After waiting for 5 mins for him to show up at my door, I called back the store inquiring about the whereabouts of the delivery person. The lady said that apparently the delivery person asked me to come down and since I didn't go down, he left. I told the lady that he didn't say anything like that. She told me she can send the driver back and asked me to go down to the lobby. I said that he should come up to the unit since it was his fault. She said that it shouldn't be a big deal for me to go down. Annoyed by her response, I said that it is inconvenient for me to go down, specially when I am paying for the service. Anyways I agreed to go down to the lobby and asked her to send the delivery man back. She was like "oh so it's inconvenient for you to go down but it's very convenient for us to send the driver back". I am appalled by her sarcasm and her attitude. Isn't it why you guys are in business for-to sell your product and deliver on time? If it is inconvenient for the store, maybe this store should shut down since the this person obviously isn't interested in selling anything. I asked what's her name and she said she was the manager on duty -Zainab (name found on the receipt).
My husband went down to get the pizza and asked the delivery man why he did not come up. He said that he did and no one opened the door for him.
The receipt showed that Zainab did not take down the correct unit number.
As a store manager she has a very bad and rude attitude. It seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and therefore was in a rotten mood. When I am charged the delivery fee, I do expect the pizza to be delivered at the door. If it is so inconvenient for the store, then you guys should not even offer delivery services. I'm really very annoyed by the attitude of this so called manager who in fact created the whole problem by not taking down the correct unit number. If it wasn't for her mistake, the 'inconvenience' that she mentioned, wouldn't have happened.

I decided to call the restaurant and ask if they can make it right this time. I was very respectful and all I asked was if they can make sure the order wasn't dry and stale And the manager was trying to tell Me that it never is basically told me I was wrong when I told her I orderd hand crafted and it wasn't even hand crafted It was dryer then croutons from a salad . The crust was so dry and hard Like it was over cooked .
The manager couldn't even apologize All she kept saying was in her own words that I orderd the wrong pizza when I order from there 2x a month I even tried to order from another location unfortunately it sent my order there.
I told the manager to take some accountability and to own up to the mistake but she couldn't even do that. She couldn't even apologize. What a terrible way to represent a business coming from a manager. I have worked for your competitors for more then 5 years and I'm so disgusted by her customer service...This isn't the first time this has happened with her its happened 3x in total .

I never thought I would write a review on google sharing my experience. But people need to learn so that they don’t have the same experience as me. I came in to order 2 pizza. One of them was to be chicken Caesars , the manger is soo rude to begin with as I tried to ask about other pizza options they have and as soon as I ask her if she could take out the beacon and replace it with another vegetable, she immediately says No, I can’t , no I can’t. I try to explain it is because of my religion that I can’t eat that. She had no respect to let me finish my sentence instead she repeatedly say no. I was able to replace it before Because religion purposes. She is so rude, poor customer service, and doesn’t have the courage to listen to the customer words.I have never experienced something like this. I felt ashamed because there were customers behind me and decided to order online. I couldn’t handle her being disrespectful. I am spending my money almost $40 and I should not be feeling like that.
You got to be better than that especially when it comes to customer service.
