Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

If this location was set as your primary one by their office, please don’t. I was a never a fan of Pizzanova but my kids wanted it. And this is what we got. First off, it took them almost an hour to deliver it. The pizza was way over baked which resulted in rock hard, burnt edges. For the price and the time that we waited, it was pretty disappointing. I called their customer service and they sent us a new order. It took them another 50min to deliver it. I give one star for their customer service. All things considered, we won’t be ordering from Pizzanova...

Kind of disappointed that I ordered a large pizza with 10 slices and I got a pizza with 8 slices. When I called them I was told because it was in a large pizza box it was large and was just cut wrong, and that was the end of the conversation. The customer service rep was very short on the phone and sounded annoyed... well guess what so am I since I was just ripped off! It's sad because we used to order from here pretty frequently but I think I will look somewhere else. 40 dollars for a "large" pizza and 10 wings... totally disappointed by this and how it...

This pizza nova fell off hard sadly. This location used to be my pizza nova dating back to my childhood however it's certainly lost it's touch recently. The people working here now aren't very knowledgeable how to make a proper pizza without all the toppings and cheese sliding right off. This was the sloppiest and soggiest pizza I've had in a long time. I pick up each slice and it falls apart like it wasn't made with any heart or care in the world. The ingredients also tasted like they went downhill as well over time...
