Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I went there at 1:05 A:M on 26th July Late night , because they turned off their mobile ordering or something. I always order from the app as I live across the street, but this time it was showing an error, so I went there personally. There was a guy at the counter and he took my order, he doesn’t know how to use the POS or even take order, he did not listen to any topping that I wanted or asked about sauces or anythign else. When he asked me to pay, I paid and then the girl standing inside kitchen confirmed that I dont want anything on my pizza, I told her that your friend did not ask for for any topping at which he came forward and started yelling at me in his own language. He was very agressive and please if you can look at the cameras do around 1:02 to 1:08 AM, because the girl tried defending us as he was hurling insults at us. It felt hostile for no reason and I personally did not wanted to order and just leave but we were hungry so we got pizza from here anyways. I will never visit this location again and I know that no action will be taken by the pizza pizza team as they dont care about standards anymore. There are always random people working inside the store with no hygiene or uniform and only the girl that works here from long seems sensible and nice to me. Its only because of her we still like to visit the location, she is good but the other Indian guy is very disrespectful and...

Went to this disgusting location and found a hair in my pizza while I was putting chili flakes on. I Asked for a another slice showed the girl serving me the hair. She then took it to the manager and they both laughed and said " it's not a hair, it's cheese" I asked for another slice. She placed the slice with the hair on it back on display for resale. I asked if they were going to sell that again and she said "yes, it's burnt cheese" they continued to laugh saying it's not hair when it clearly was hair. After she heated a second slice she then placed the pizza over the counter and said "look burnt cheese not a hair" very sarcastically and condescending. After, telling the manager the original slice needs to be thrown out it was done after strong hesitation as if that slice would keep her in business or have to close up shop. Maybe they should close after this sad display of hygiene, food practices and absolutely zero service. I will be reporting this to Health and Safety as well!

Disgusting display of an establishment and a perfect example...

An absolute embarrassment of a Pizza Pizza franchise. Gone are the olden days when you could get a nice fresh slice of pizza with the cheese stretching out like the commercials. This location has zero regard for quality, zero regard for franchise practises ( hand written signs with price changes being hung up ) and a dirty location. Pizza Pizza you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves, you have let the franchise go, im sure you are content with hanging in there with people looking for a last minute craving at 2am, but in reality, you are not even in the discussion for a quality pizza anymore, and that is honestly a shame, a Canadian brand gone to the wasteland. You guys might want to retrain and rebrand and come up with some consistently in QC because sooner than later the newcomers here like Papa Johns and smaller mom and pops shops are going to take your clients forever. I will never be back here, and in all honesty, I will further put the overall franchise to the bottom of my list of...
