Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Great pizza pizza location in my experience. Ordered online for pickup, got 3 medium 2 topping pizzas for $8.99 each, decent price compared to other pizza places nowadays.

The area of this location can get sketchy in the evening/night with some sketchy people wandering the area. Just be cautious of your surroundings if walking in the area to pick up/dine in. (tip for ladies is don’t wear your nice clothes at that time, wear something bulky, and a man hat, to lessen the chances of attracting any attention from any sketchy people) Wore my nice jacket and a man took a double take and tried to talk to my sister and I, almost followed us in. Unrelated to the pizza but stay safe and guarded my friends and always pray and call onto the Lord for His mighty protection. 🙏❤️

Upon walking in the location, the inside was clean and had a good amount of people dining in this evening. Felt safe and cozy.

Pizza was ready within 15 minutes so a quick transaction and pickup. The young lady at the front was welcoming with a smile and pleasant. 😊🙏

Additionally ordered creamy garlic sauce because you can’t have pizza pizza without that for the crust. 🥹🫶

Regarding the pizza, it was one of the best Pizza Pizza pizzas I have tasted. 💯💃The pizzas were cooked to perfection, toppings well dispersed, and the one pizza I had requested be thin crust was actually a good thin crust that my mom enjoyed! I recommend adding the additional free seasoning of “Italiano blend seasoning” and olive oil, as well as extra tomato sauce, it was delish. Everything was very good, from service to atmosphere inside the pizza place, to the pizza itself! I recommend this location....

Do not order from this pizza pizza. If you need to order, go to a different location. I normally don’t post reviews but I had to for this. There might be other reviews saying this is a good location but it’s not. I placed an order for a delivery. 2 pizzas and 2 chicken sandwiches. When it was delivered, I only received the 2 pizzas and not the sandwiches. One of the pizzas looked like a mess and the toppings were falling off of it. When I had called about the 2 chicken sandwiches I didn’t receive, the person who delivered the 2 pizzas came back to my door 15 minutes later with only one sandwich and said he forgot it in the back of his car. When I asked him where the other sandwich was, he said he didn’t know and he asked me if I received another sandwich in the bag with my cold beverages and sauce. I didn’t receive another sandwich. And if I did, why would it be in the bag with my sauce and drinks? When I called this pizza pizza again, I was told by 2 people that I can’t get a refund because it was “a call complaint” and I had to go into the store to complain and get new food. Because I was angry, I was also told by one of the people on the phone that I was being rude and to watch my language. I asked them multiple times to understand where I was coming from and if there was a way to get a refund or get new food but they said no. I would have to go into the store to get new food even though I had paid for for delivery. How reasonable. I didn’t go into the store so I didn’t get new food or a refund. In return, I got a bad pizza, one chicken sandwich and I lost money. Waste of time and money. If I can recommend, don’t order from pizza pizza at all, especially this location. The people here when you call are unreasonable and infuriating to talk to. Get food...

You guys have a camera so request to the branch manager , i park my car at the designated area but still don’t feel safe where it parks , secondly how would you allows your employees to use the headphone while working in the store pixza pizza. Disappointed told me to wait for a minutes not been 15 minutes no answer no reply m sitting like a Boss watching her on the phone right now 9:21 beside the pizza owen check camera if u have a doubt mean to say avoid to pick up here undisciplined, unethical, face like no comments watch it yourself her by yourself . Happened on 3rd july 2023 around in between 8-10 on Monday evening…. So improve your services i still got my order & well paid but this is not called professionalism …. I wasn’t feel to click or upload ut but she pushed me to do it untill she got a lesson of how to attend or avoid the customer or third...
