I am posting on my friend's account, because this offense was done to him: I came here with a friend for my birthday celebration and had the worst experience. My friend has a disability and is hard of hearing and vision. While I was explaining the order and we went to order, the cashier told us we were taking too long, so asked us to step outside out of the line for the people behind us (there were two orders behind us). We did and continued to think about what to order. He did this to us twice in asking us to step aside. After the line completed and there was no one in line, we went to order. I asked him what sides there were and he showed us, and then we were about to order. The cashier then started to get annoyed, and then my friend told him of his disability. The cashier then cancelled our side orders and told us we were taking to long, even though there was NO ONE behind us. He told us there were only fries left for us for the side order. I asked him if he was trying to give us a hard time (he can see that my friend was trying hard to understand). He then repeated that there was only fries available to us, and I asked him if he is planning to even take our complete order. I stood there in shock and he asked me why I was standing there looking confused. I asked him again why only fries were available to us. I asked him if he would refuse to serve us, and he nodded, and proceeded to cancel our order so we HAD to leave. I am appalled at this behaviour, as there was NO ONE behind us and essentially he just refused to serve us as customers, knowing that my friend was disabled and not accommodating us. My friend wanted to talk to the manager...I would report this store, and definitely cannot come here again, because of obvious discrimination. I am absolutely furious right now!! Going to another...
Read moreI ordered a 4-piece chicken meal and requested to upgrade one of the smaller pieces to a breast, specifically telling the staff that I prefer big part white meat. I was told the chicken would take 12 minutes to cook, which I understood and was willing to wait for. However, after 20 minutes passed with no updates, I approached the counter to follow up. Only then did the staff begin preparing my order.
When I received my meal, I noticed that there was only one breast included. Since I paid for an additional breast piece, I returned to the counter and asked for it to be corrected. Khushi replaced the missing piece, and I resumed eating only to find out later that I had been given a rib piece instead. Not only was the rib lacking meat (a drumstick would have had more), but the chicken was overcooked and didn’t taste fresh.
I returned again and explained the issue, asking for a refund for the upgrade since I didn’t receive what I paid for. Khushi, however, argued and said it was my responsibility to check the piece before eating. I reiterated that I had clearly asked for a breast and didn’t receive it, but she only responded that they would train staff to ask whether the customer wants “meat breast” or “ribs” next time.
Disappointed with the way the situation was handled, I left the counter feeling disrespected. As I walked away, I overheard them speaking in their own language, unaware that I could understand them. They mocked me for asking for a refund of just over a dollar.
The food was okay, but the service was...
Read moreI visited this place yesterday. I met our neighbor there who ordered some fried chicken. The chicken was not cooked properly. They could see the raw chicken texture when they opened it. They immediately went to the cashier and shared their feedback. He also shown them the raw part of the chicken. Manager was standing there and staring at the guest, as if they have done something wrong. Immediately she said, I can only give you chicken nuggets in return and they agreed as he doesn't want to fight. There was one girl in the front who was training to a new girl. She took the uncooked chicken as per her manager's instructions and garbage it. She also told the cook in Hindi, these people want to eat everything for free. My neighbors are not from India and doesn't understand Hindi. Firstly, please understand that nobody wants your food for free, it's just that the chicken was completely raw from inside and it's quite expensive as well for a normal person who done our once in a while. So customers have all the right to inform the manager or the respective cashier about the same and get the food replaced. Such a cheap behavior from the staff. You can say bad about customers but not right...
