Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Toronto

I enjoy visiting on weekends, especially since it’s near my favourite pizza place. I agree with previous reviews..customer service here is always excellent. Special mention to Maureen, Ivan, and Mikee, who are always friendly and make the experience enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

I really like their orange juice, watermelon with popping pearls, avocado with tapioca, and mango diamond slush (though it might be a bit heavy on the calories!). I appreciate that they display the calorie count for each drink, which helps when deciding what to order. Plus, I love how you can mix and match different fruits.

For hot drinks, I recommend the honey ginger tea, which is freshly brewed and has a great taste. I also like that they stay open late.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the drinks can separate and become watery if left for a day or so. The tapioca can also harden, so it’s best to drink them fresh.

A suggestion: it would be great to see more fully vegan options, not just vegan-friendly ones. I’d love to see more veggie options like kale and spinach added to the menu. Their recipes are always good, and I look forward to seeing new options...

I had been going here several times a week. Unfortunately I made the mistake of going to the eglinton location and ordered the same order, a large mango/avocado slush with fresh mango chunks and a medium black milk tea made with coconut milk and grass jelly. They made it wrong and just used regular milk in my tea and the mango chunks in my smoothie where mashed and had pieces of rind on them still.

I called the office to have my coconut milk tea fix as it wasnt something I would drink. The girl who answered the phone was very rude. She said that there is no coconut milk on the menu and accused me of lying. After I explained that it is the same order that I make several times a week she asked what location. This one. She said she would call them and "if it turned out to be true" she would email a coupon for a replacement drink.

Well I guess it didn't turn out to be true. Because I never got my drink replacement coupon. I'm also not going to be ordering anything of any of their locations. My mistake to waste so much money...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place deserves ZERO Star rating. I went here today with 3 of my kids. I order order 3 large mango and 1 small Strawberry banana. I asked for 2 large empty cups to double the cups so that the kids can hold it steady since the cups were not thick enough. They are so really bad service, they did not double up the cup on request. Secondly they me charged for 5 orders instead 4. They have charges my around $46

I live far away to go and claim the over charged amount. But I am going to call them now.

I asked for manager contact to the two people behind the counter but they refused.

Whoever is manager here please contact me and return the extra money charged. You can see the transaction date and time and also check the camera and see what is going on at this location. How can they charge me for 5 drinks and also why they have issue double up the large cups to help the kids carry it...
