This was by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed and I am genuinely scared especially for the younger kids that go there..this place will make you sick

I ordered some wings, waited in my car and went back in. The guy who was handling my wings didn't not see me come in. He took my wings out of the oven and was tossing them up in the pan, while doing so a wing dropped on the floor next to his shoe, the wing was moved by his shoe as he bent down to pick it up and the next thing you know he threw it back in the pan with the others. This is when I let him know I was there, I told him I did not want it and I wanted a refund. He proceeded to take out the wings that he dropped on the floor and give me the rest of the wings thinking that was okay. I let him know he dropped it on the floor and then put it in the pan touching the other wings the whole pan is garbage. He tried to convince me that it was okay, even offered to pass it back through the oven as if that would have made it okay.

This directly shows their level of hygiene and is absolutely disgusting I am horrified for the people that eat there

On top of that they made me feel like I was wrong for asking for my money back telling me he took out the "dirty" wing. Aside from all of this they didn't even throw the wings out...so I am certain someone else got that order of wings since the sauce wasn't even...

Ordered my pizza on Monday evening at 7 PM. Took over one hour to get there. The pizza was Luke warm and dry. The driver called me from his car and said I needed to come down. Told me they weren’t allowed in the hotel and he was in a hurry because he had lots of orders. I saw no pizzas in his car and he actually sat in the car waiting for me to come outside. I always used to order Shahi Paneer Pizza from this store and used to love its service. But my experience last week was horrible. Ordered pizza at 9:30 pm. Came within the usual time frame around 10:15 pm. But when I opened it and began eating, it was so cold that you can't even eat it. I called in again to inform them, I was hoping that they would apologize and would send a new one. But the lady was so rude, she was like its not possible and all that. A customer is explaining their concern and that dumb lady is putting my call on hold again and again. At the end she said 'Ok, we'll take care next time'. I was shocked. OMG! Is this your Customer Service. HORRIBLE! When asked which store is this, she even told me the wrong address. However, I already confirmed with the driver before that it came from the Rexdale store. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Will never order again from Popular Pizza. I had removed it...
