Sardines in a tin. This scum of a restaurant has pissed me off many times, but this one time I nearly had a public freakout over.
After 30 minutes of the slowest moving line ever, I finally got to the front where the employee that took my order had began ignoring me and cutting me off mid sentence. I was giving her this look of “are you done yet?”, until she finally took my order. I ordered 3 menu items, a sausage farmers wrap, a honey cruller, and a frozen orange tangerine refresher.
They told me there was no whipped cream so I decided I didn’t want it. After the employee was done talking to her coworkers while I was trying to get her attention, I asked for a Medium Iced Capp with chocolate milk instead… unfortunately there also wasn’t any chocolate milk.
I ended up getting a half-assed Iced Capp that gave a strikingly similar appearance to that of a bucket of concrete.
After finally getting my farmer’s wrap I took it to Humber’s “TOWN SQUARE” where almost everyone sits on the tables, and immediately changed my mind about the table I was sitting at.
I got up fast and clumsily pulled my farmers wrap off the table, loosening it out of the wrapper, and plummeting onto the disgusting, feet-ridden, sticky floor.
Though I admit that last part was on me and my own clumsiness, I figured it about summarized my experience with this god-awful Tim Hortons.
Anyway, I wanted to write this review as a way to vent, so thank you for coming to...
Read moreUsed to always grab Tim’s before class. I don’t now cuz 1. It opens at 7:30 I can’t grab food before my 8 am class cuz they take FOREVER. I ordered a Cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and they messed it up 3 times. Giving me a Plain bagel. Everything bagel, sesame bagel. When i finally got my bagel they don’t even apologize for messing up 3 times. They say “oh you weren’t clear”. That bagel took 19 minutes to put in the toaster, and put cream cheese on and then give me an ice coffee instead of a double double that tasted like battery acid.
The employees are extremely slow and extremely rude and very bad at understanding English I’m not even trying to be mean, as an immigrant myself i understand the struggle, but there’s 0 people proficient in English. Why is that?
There’s so many other places to go on campus to get food I will go there instead. This Tim Hortons or Taj Mahortons has gone completely downhill. Just last week I had a Tim’s coffee and then got extremely sick.
When I alerted this Tim’s they called me a liar and told me to leave. All i suggested was that they clean their coffee machine more as i believe i got sick after that as right after that coffee I felt woosey and nauseous and had to miss 2 days of classes.
Until this place starts hiring Canadians I...
Read moreThis is the worst Tim’s location, and I have been to many. Trust me, you would probably expect way better from a location at a college campus. The main issue is that the service is terribly slow. Unless you use the kiosk, which is always lined up to begin with, you’ll wait a good 20-30 minutes in line most times. Good luck if you are in a hurry!
There is one lady working there who is very rude as well. She is there serving kiosk orders just about every day. She is known to yell and speak aggressively at customers. This morning, I ordered a bagel at the kiosk and I went to pick it up. She told me to wait while the other staff prepared my order, because she only does drinks.
Anyway, while I was waiting for my bagel, she was serving another customer from the kiosk who had ordered a donut. She refused to serve the donut because she thought it was “too early in the morning”, and offered a muffin instead. I get that it’s not healthy to eat a donut that early, and I wouldn’t myself, but that’s just a bad look. You don’t tell a paying customer you won’t serve them what they ordered just because it’s unhealthy. They had the donuts in stock as well, so no other excuse.
With all that said, this Tim’s is by far the worst that I have ever seen. The service all around is...
