Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Toronto

Very inconsistent experience. I order the same thing here almost everyday, and it's always different. A few times they have gotten it right but often you end up with so much rice and such little sauce. Half the time I see them trying to squeeze nearly empty bottles onto my burrito and I just know that I'm going to be getting half the sauce that I should be getting. Very stingy on the veggies too. Seems like it's always brand new employees.

I get being stingy with meat or cheese but cmon veggies and sauce are cheap, especially with what they charge here I'm sure the margins are fantastic. Also often forget to add all veggies when you ask for everything.

Large burritos are supposedly 1000+ calories, but I seriously doubt that's what I'm getting most of the time. Something needs to be done about...

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but enough is enough. Every time I go, they pressure me into ordering the spicy chicken, even when I clearly say I want something else. It feels like they don’t actually care about what the customer wants, just what they want to sell.

To make matters worse, they outright refuse to add lettuce. Seriously? It’s such a basic request, and their refusal makes it seem like they’re more interested in arguing than accommodating.

Such stingy servers. I do not get beans or rice but they still give me a small portion of lettuce, and can’t give me coleslaw because “its either lettuce or coleslaw”?????? Im saving you rice and beans, at least give me more lettuce.
