Very disappointing service!! Will never be ordering from this place again. For my baby shower I actually had them cater for our event. We had placed an order for them to provide rice and also meat mixed with vegetables.. My mother-in-law ordered the food which she had taste prior to ordering.. the food was spicy and we specifically said we do NOT want it spicy as our guest do not eat spicy and some guest have allergies to spicy foods.. they had told us that they would not make it spicy and they would adjust the food just for us. I had someone pick up two trays on Saturday for my event and placed it for our guest to grab the food.. we didn’t think that the food would be spicy as we told them twice that we DO NOT want it spicy .. We even had little kids grab food as we told everyone that there was no spicy in the food being served.

Unfortunately we were wrong.. both trays were spicy and some of our guest had allergic reactions, we attempted to call right away and no answer. We went back the next day and it was closed.

We went back on Monday to speak to a manager .. first off people who work there were very inconsiderate.. they were not putting themselves in our shoes! I explained to them what had happened and all they said was they can’t do nothing , that the items we ordered a specifically made like that. & I understand that, but when we ordered it and we requested it to be non spicy why couldn’t they tell us that it wasn’t possible to make it non spicy? Or why couldn’t they recommend us something different? They basically put the blame on us and said “ the food you ordered is meant to be spicy” .. it would have been GREAT to know that before we spent $200, on top of that we threw out more than half the food! I asked to speak to a manager .. and apparently they don’t know when a “ manager” is in. I asked for the managers number and apparently no one seems to have it!

This is such bad service, I’ve ordered food before from different restaurants for events and this has never happened to me! I’m not even asking for a full refund but at least for something to be done as our guest had allergic reaction! I’m not sure what type of service you guys run but you guys seriously need to improve on your customer service, and making sure your customers get the right service as we are paying.

I usually don't write reviews but the lady who took my order over the phone compelled me to write this review. Nothing to do with food quality. Food is great and I have been a regular customer but this will now change.

I placed an order for 3 items on 27th Jan, Saturday 2024. My gf picked up the order after making the payment.

20 mins after the pickup I receive a call from a very sarcastic, angry, rude lady asking me what my gf looked like and claimed she picked up the wrong order to which I responded she couldn't possibly have picked it up if your staff didn't hand it over after paying in full.

Despite being calm to her sarcastic and rude comments initially, I confronted her about her rudeness and their lack of management skills did not warrant any animosity towards me. We paid for the entire order and yet this lady decided to be sarcastic with me on the phone.

Upon asking her name, she refused to answer and claimed I yelled at her over the phone when she was the sarcastic rude individual who called me in the first place.

I understand they have a good business running but that does not give this rude lady the right to treat customers with disrespect when clearly your staff made a mistake of mixing orders!!!!

Learn to respect your clients and have the same decency they have for...

Came in at 1205pm yesterday to placed an order. Waited 20 mins and my food was not ready because they were rushing to get orders in and out. Guys who came in after I had placed an order got there food. I asked why my order is not yet ready and she didn’t confirm but to say it’s coming up. One of the Lady there knew the mistake but the other lady denied the mistake and told me it’s on its way and told the chef to make my order. Lady “I don’t want to wait again another few minutes nor do I want my food to be prepared rushed”. The appetite of having lunch was gone so I left asking for my money back. I’m a student and like everybody, our time is valuable. This is my first experience here at this restaurant and I may give them another shot. Just Please be more productive, organized and attentive in handling your business rather than trying to rush on getting more orders in and getting them out quicker.

Edit. Came back to give it another try after 5 days. Much better. I can understand that they are busy and things don’t go according to plan. But overall food is good. I upped my...
