Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered a small Pina Colada no added sugar. I took it home. The drink was watery didn't have any pineapple or coconut flavor. It was supposed to be made with fresh ingredients. It also tasted bitter and it had a greenish tint to it. The Manager had arrived and took over making the drinks and kept me waiting while she made drinks for people who came after me. I personally hate behaviors like this! My money was good enough to take like everyone else's, I expect respectful service and not to be skipped over. It was not a good experience for me especially almost paying $10 for a drink!

I was contacted by a Representative of RFBT where I was asked to provide a receipt which I did and a photo of the drink which I could not because I had thrown it out. In any event all I received was an apology and not even a offer to a replacement drink properly made. That was over one year ago and because I feel still disrespected, I have not purchased another drink from them since that time. Poor Customer service equal zero...

I wanted to try real fruit for a while since a lot of people I knew went there and told me about it. I live near a location but I stumbled upon this one today at Cedarbrae mall. I went in thinking it would be packed and surprisingly wasn’t as only two girls were working there and not many people were inside at once. The girl at the counter took my order for an original milk tea. The wait was short too it only took 1-3 minutes to receive my order. But one complaint I have is the size of the place as it was very small almost like an outlet pop up store which does make sense as it’s in a mall. One of the worst experience I have ever had. Came here 10 mins before closing to quickly grab mango diamond smoothie since I really liked it last time from another location. The associate didn't even ask us if we wanted it more sweet because this was plain sour! It was soooooo sour and I ended up getting the largest size! The tapioca is home made as well with no taste or good texture feeling and very little in quantity and little to none mango chuncks! I paid all this money for the most worst experience. I also received their cheap plastic free straw which was soooo difficult to suck from! Will be contacting...
